Dogwood Cottage - Charming, renovated bungalow decorated in boho chic style

Charming, renovated bungalow decorated in a chic, modern boho style featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Dogwood Cottage is within walking distance or short drive to historic downtown/riverfront (1.3 mile) or short drive to all the exciting events, activities and restaurants that Wilmington has to offer. The house has a very large fenced in backyard. We are pet friendly. Guests are provided access to beach chairs and beach towels.

The space
This cozy, boho style bungalow was just refurbished and decorated. Features new comfy beds and mattresses, central AC, ceiling fans, 50 inch 4K smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and hardwood floors. The house has a front porch, full kitchen, covered front and back patio, two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with two twin beds sleeping a total of up to 4. Guests have access to the entire home including the deck and yard and parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The kitchen has all essentials for preparing your meals, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, microwave, coffee pot with filter, Keurig coffee pot, coffee, tea, sugar, oil and basic spices. The master bedroom has a desk making it flexible to work as an office.

Cute Spot

We stayed here while moving our son into college. It is cutely decorated and has all the amenities you need. We didn’t have to pack any extras besides our clothes and the owner even left us a surprise in the fridge. Cute spot and would stay here again… very clean!

Great Location

This home was very charming. Perfect for a last minute business trip. We stayed a few extra days to enjoy some of the great attractions in Wilmington. The host was great and made our stay very comfortable and welcoming.

Home Away from home

This place was absolutely cozy and a joy to have to relax and unwhind. Only 20 mins from beach and right at downtown. Essentials and more were provided to ensure the stay was comfortable and worry free. Beds slept like a dream! This place is a great spot for family of four or couple and great for family dog if bringing along . 5 star stay!
