Hi Jeff. Thank you for staying with us. Im not sure you realized that as you back out of your driveway you can back across into the area with crushed rock like the drive way and then go down forwards. there is not need to turn around. :)

Beautiful house in a great location

This was by far the nicest home I have stayed in. The beds were comfy and it’s clear thought was put into every detail of this home. The views from the balcony were great and my kids loved the lower outdoor area. Overall great stay!

Quick Sedona Stop

We only had 36 hrs to spend in Sedona- but this place was perfect for squeezing in all we could!! Close access to stores and restaurants…we snuck in 2-3 hikes and a pink jeep tour, shopping, great food from 2 restaurants and a really good ice cream/coffee shop… plus the place was great!! Our hosts very welcoming and were great at helping us make the most out of our short stay! We’ll be back!!

Perfect stay!

This space was amazing! The views were great! The inside was extremely clean, very cute but still very comfortable. It was easy to find and check in was simple. Yvonne was flexible and allowed us to check in a little bit early even though we didn’t initially request to! She recommended a great local park to take our son to. We left something behind at check out and she was also able to get ahold of us to return our item. Would absolutely stay again and again!

Secluded in Sedona

This place was perfect for my family of four. Great views right off the balcony. Close to anything you might need and right by lots of hiking. Small, thoughtful amenities & a well stocked kitchen were great and there was good host communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views and well appointed

Absolutely beautiful view in this great house. We had a great experience. Great stars at night, dinner on the deck, peaceful bird wildlife, even spotted hot air balloons from our rooms. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. If you have any children who will need a nap, I recommend bringing something to black out the ambient light. A slumberpod was very helpful for us.

This is an absolutely lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and trails just as advertised. Spotlessly clean, nicely stocked with everything you need. Even laundry facilities! Frequent Traveler Tips

First of all, the view and the aesthetic of the home is beautiful. We would be remiss as frequent travelers not to share a few things about this location. First, you are in a very compact neighborhood with a long, twisty driveway that is difficult to back down- especially at night. The home has a ton of windows without shades (except for the bedrooms each have one). For those who like privacy, this is not a great location for you. You are within only a few hundred feet from the owners home. If you are traveling with large suitcases, there are 16 concrete stairs to navigate in order to get to the front door. This was challenging, and also something to think about from an ADA perspective. The last thing you need to know is that the beds are very firm. Very firm. If you have back issues you need to know this before booking. The home is gorgeous and the owners are kind. Just some traveler info we wish we would have known. Mostly the privacy and neighborhood.

Hi Jeff. We are sorry your experience wasn't what you hoped. Just a heads up, in the listing there are very clear photos showing the stairs from the bottom and top and mentioning how many stairs there are. Also it does mention that the windows and doors have 99.9% tinting for privacy and UV protection. Because the homes level is above the roofs of nearby houses, no-one can see in regardless. Our home is on the top of the property and the side facing the rental is solar glass which has no visibility out or in. We recommend in the future that you review the listing details and photographs before making a reservation. Thank you.
