Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, private beach, tennis (extra), beach volleyball, garden furniture. In the complex: restaurant, bar, table tennis. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking. Supermarket 5 km, bus stop 3.3 km, ferry "Rio Marina" 13 km, sandy beach "Brigantino" 500 m (small). Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Tolle Wohnung mit Mängeln

Große Wohnung in toller Lage. Kinderzimmer sehr klein und mit Kinderbetten (kurz) ausgestattet. Klimaanlage nur in den Schlafräumen, in der Wohnküche (EG) aber auch nicht zwingend notwendig. Wirklich störend ist der mal mehr, mal weniger starke Abwassergeruch im oberen Bad. Die Pools der Anlage sind sehr gut, Meerwasserpool aber mit Algenproblemen.

Ihre Rückmeldung ist für uns wertvoll und wird bei zukünftigen Verbesserungen berücksichtigt. Die Betten sind standardmäßig gestaltet. Bezüglich des Geruchs in einem der Bäder: Das Problem wurde behoben, und zusätzliche Maßnahmen zur Abdichtung wurden getroffen. Hinsichtlich des Meerwasserpools, dieser ist einzigartig, da er direkt auf den Felsen am Meer gebaut und mit Meerwasser gespeist wird, und eine regelmäßige Wartung ist sichergestellt, um eine hohe Wasserqualität zu gewährleisten. Wir schätzen es sehr, dass Sie uns Ihre Eindrücke mitteilen, und wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

VACANZA RELAX

L’appartamento è bello, pulito, ben arredato e spazioso. La vista è spettacolare. Uniche pecche sono l’odore di fogna presente qualche giorno e la strada sterrata e piena di buche per arrivare all’appartamento. Splendida vacanza.

Paradies mit Schönheitsfehlern

Umgebung,Terrasse und Aussicht sehr schön. Wohnung komfortabel und sehr ruhig. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Am Ort verlangte Christina 20 Euro pro Person, also bei uns 40 Euro für die Schlussreinigung und hat den Betrag von der Kaution abgezogen. Die Schlussreinigung war jedoch im Vertrag eingeschlossen.

Ferienwohnung war leider nicht gut vorbereitet

Leider war die Ferienwohnung nicht gut vorbereitet. Es war Schimmel im Bad und das Geschirr war nicht sauber, ebenso wurde nicht desinfiziert. Die komplette Terrasse und der gesamte Zugang zur Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber und befand sich noch im Winterschlaf. Die Beleuchtung auf dem Weg zur Ferienwohnung war defekt und abends stockdunkel. Erhöhtes Verletzungsrisiko.

Empfehlenswert trotz kleiner Schönheitsfehler

Sehr schöner Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Sehr gute Klimatisierung. Ruhige Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Meer. Pool und Restaurant direkt am Meer sind sehr zu empfehlen. Leider sind die Matratzen extrem hart und die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Der Mülleimer war voll und die Bettwäsche war schmutzig. Dank der vorhandenen Waschmaschine war das aber schnell zu beheben.

Il paradiso esiste

Si tratta di un complesso con immobili privati sparsi e ben situati nella macchia mediterranea con 2 piscine - splendida quella a mare. Ideale per una vacanza sul mare immersi nella natura, sconsigliato per chi cerca i servizi di un resort o villaggio visto che è di complesso privato ed esclusivo (senza possibilità di accesso di esterni) con assenza di servizi come animazione e attività di mare. Interessante il bar/ristorante situato presso le piscine. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i confort possibili incluso aria condizionata e una splendida terrazza con vista mare (come da foto). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per l'alloggio Interhome che per i ristoranti.

Dejlig lejlighed på Elba

SUper dejlig lejlighed på Elba, som vi på det varmeste kan anbefale. MEN der er ca. 300 meter til poolen og 600 meter til stranden. Skal du bruge en almindeligsolstol ved pool eller stranden koster de 10 Euro pr. stol pr. dag (IKKE gratis).

Bardzo dobry apartament, w fantastycznym miejscu

Przeważnie jest tak, że na folderach reklamowych jest wszystko ładniejsze niż w rzeczywistości. Ten obiekt jest jeszcze ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Doskonała lokalizacja, piękne morze, miła obsługa, parking, miła obsługa. Bardzo polecamy!!

Posto stupendo!

La struttura corrisponde alle foto inserite, la zona è molto tranquilla con viste spettacolari sul mare, non è in zona pianeggiante per cui ci sono delle salite e discese, ma poca roba perchè il mare è lì. Non sapevo che la casa fosse su 2 piani, accessoriata di tutto. Molto molto bello!

Phantastische Lage mit Meerblick

Das Haus und Lage sind grossartig. Der separate Zugang ist etwas umständlich und nur teilweise befestigt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und dientechnischen Geräte auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Dusche wies leicht Gebrauchsschäden auf. Für WLAN-Empfang war ein kleiner Spaziergang Richtung Pool erforderlich. Es fehlte eine deutschsprachige Beschreibung der relativ weitläufigen Anlage.
