Quiet, peaceful, and somewhat secluded, yet only a 3 minute drive to Zoni Beach and a 10 minute drive (4 miles) to town, our fully-equipped 2 bedroom (new queen beds and A/C in each bedroom) second floor flat is a wonderful retreat from the hustle of noisy in-town locations. The large couch pictured in the living room re-configures and fits together to make a double bed which is more comfortable than a convertible sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Because of the unique isolated design with separate entrances and parking areas, you will soon forget that there is a similar unit on the first floor below you. We offer an open floor plan, high ceilings, a comfortable living room with wireless internet, Sat flat panel 32" TV, and wall to wall glass patio doors leading to a balcony with outdoor furniture with great ocean and mountain views on one acre. There are only a few houses in view, and virtually no noise.

The house is located in the exclusive Zoni Beach (eastern) side of the island, surrounded by thousands of acres of virgin countryside and hiking trails, with an ocean view. Nearby Zoni Beach is incredible... and uncrowded: many times during the week we are the only ones on a one mile long soft white sand beach with gentle trade winds swaying green coco palms, and crystal clear turquoise waters. The snorkeling and diving on Culebra is some of the best in the Caribbean: colorful and pristine. Leatherback turtles nest on the beaches. Try a day trip to Culebrita, or any other of the 10 smaller keys surrounding Culebra. You can also rent our Mitsubishi Montero mid-sized 4x4 for $75/day 7 day minimum ($100 refundable gas deposit required on vehicle, credit cards only - no debit cards. For debit card use on lodging a $50 fully refundable damage deposit is required, to be charged 10 days prior to occupancy). Our vehicle and house manager Wilma will pick you up and/or drop you off at the ferry or airport when you rent the Montero each day of your stay, and is available for consultation and in case of emergencies. There is a $15/day/guest fee for over 1 guest automatically included in the pricing. PLEASE NOTE: There are three units available to rent on the property.
