The location was wonderful, an easy walk to the falls and the conference center. The beds were comfortable and clean. The facility was as printed in the description. Only negative I can think of was there were not forks, fry pan, or spatulas in the kitchen. No big deal, we had a great time.

Good place for large group

Good place for a large group. Couple things need improvement. One of the bathroom ceiling was leaking water from the 3rd floor bathroom. Some of the bedrooms door nobs wasn’t locking properly. Close to American falls. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Wont recommend. Stay either on the Canadian side or in a hotel.

Missing basic amenities, area around very shady. Strange design of the house with few rooms on every floor. No bath on first floor. Also no balcony/ yard etc. Won't recommend for family.

Nice house… But details matter

This is a nice old house renovated with some good touches. Location is very convenient to the falls but it sits on a poor neighborhood with many shuttered buildings. Had no problems at all though. There are a few details that would have make this a 5 Star accommodation. First the door to the room next to the bathroom did not close. Second there were enough chairs and utensils for about half the people it claims to hold. Third, the second floor shower is SUPER slippery (no rubber mat). Fourth there were no waste baskets in the bathrooms. Fifth the heating was extremely uneven… the second floor was an oven while the first and third were freezing. Sixth there was no way to hang anything (like coats or towels). Sixth there was nothing to bake on (cookie sheet, etc.). Last but not least, I found by accident that the code I was given to our unit opened the unit next door. Needless to say I was concerned for my family’s safety but I got a new code within minutes and was told it was unique to the unit we were in (# 2). I will never asume my code is unique again… The agency (Niagara Hospitality) was responsive to our needs (salting an icy walkway).
