Short break great host

We stayed for a friends birthday host was great will information and communication from start to finish. Nice area beach is lovely and trains to Barcelona are great. Would recommend this apartment for a stay.

Nice place, close to a nice beach and some cafes and a supermarket. Getting to Barcelona required a €35 taxi or a bus/20 minute walk to a train station. The roof terrace on the property was nice

April 2022: Our train station, very close to our apartment, is currently under construction. So for this reason you had to go the the other station.

Lovely home perfect for families

We were welcomed by Harry a brother who was very helpful. We appreciated the friendly approach and assistance when when one of thw group fell ill and needed medical care. If you have a large family this is the place, close to the train and overlooks the ocean. Thabk you

a place sincerely just for parties

a lot of noise from our neighbors arriving on the weekend and having parties at 4 in the morning or similar, difficult for those looking for a peaceful vacation. The view is beautiful, but the apartment has a lot of old things and a bad smell, it needs to improve hygiene, the drains get clogged easily, the beds with springs make constant noise, we really don't consider it a place for a family vacation.

Thanks for your stay. The persons who made noise are not neighbours and have been there in the other apartment only two days. The drains of the sink got clogged because of the food you tried to depollute in there instead of using the rubbish bin. We had to demount the siphon to get the food out of it. Regarding the springs: You have been 4 persons and there are beds for up to 12 persons. Only one bed has springs. Why didn´t you tell us anything during your stay? What a pity! I told you I´m at your disposal 24/7.

Wir hatten eine große gemischte Gruppe, was die Organisation immer schwer gemacht hat. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer unterstützt. Weil viele von uns Magen Darm bekommen haben, während des Urlaubs, haben wir das Apartment nicht sonderlich gut geputzt zurücklassen können. Alles in allem eine gute Lage und schönes Ausflugsziel.

Toller Urlaub, wie erwartet!

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und für 10 Personen ausreichend. Die Straße und Straßenbahn vorm Haus ist im Haus nicht zu hören und auf der Terrasse absolut nicht störend. Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartement est grand et propre. Cependant une route très bruillante passe devant l'appartement ...et le train fait vibrer les murs toutes les 10 minutes. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et de profiter de la terrasse...qui se trouve à l'étage du dessus donc pas pratique du tout. Emplacement très désagréable...meme si la vue mer est belle... Trop loin de Barcelone

Merci encore pour votre séjour. Vous êtes toujours la bienvenue. L'appartement est situé dans la ceinture de banlieue à seulement 15 km de la métropole de Barcelone. Je pense donc que le silence absolu est plus susceptible d'être trouvé dans l'arrière-pays, mais pas sur la route côtière, juste en face de la plage. Il est dommage que vos attentes n'aient pas été pleinement satisfaites. Une question : pourquoi écrivez-vous que l'appartement ne correspond pas aux informations de l'annonce ? Ce qui était faux? La terrasse est directement au-dessus de l'appartement (Duplex).

Séjour agréable

L'appartement, spacieux et bien équipé, est bien placé pour se déplacer en train jusqu'au Barcelone (30 minutes) et profiter de la plage. Attention la terrasse de l'appartement est au 3ème étage, elle n'est pas attenante à l'appartement (2ème étage), elle est situé à l'étage supérieur et accessible par l'escalier. A proximité de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants avec de très bons tapas (Casa Viera).
