Montana Adventure Living - Close to Yellowstone & Downtown Livingston
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The home is located in beautiful Livingston Montana, which is 20 min from Bozeman, 10 min from Paradise Valley, 20 min Big Sky, 1 mile from Yellowstone river, 20 min from the World Famous “Chico hot springs.” Chico has natural hot springs and a great restaurant that is family friendly. This was a very clean and spacious property, that my friends and I had a great time staying at. Seeing the sun rise over the mountains was a great view to wake up to! Thanks to the host for great communication.
Fantastic place to stay. Great views, close to town and plenty of room. Was exactly what we needed for the week. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

Thank you! Looking forward to having you come back.
This house was beautiful with a patio of some breathtaking views of the mountains! It was in the perfect location for all our needs. The host was communicative and quick to respond. I highly recommend!
I can’t think of anything but good things about this home. It is spacious, clean and very well decorated. One of the nicest, if not the nicest place we have stayed at.

Bruce thank you so much for this review it means a lot. I spent a lot of time trying to make the home comfortable and well equipped. Very grateful for this review. You’re welcome back anytime.
The house was comfortable and had a lot of extras. The central AC was not working, we were disappointed that we were not notified of this before our arrival. There were 2 portable units and fans so the house was mostly comfortable. The host was very responsive to all of questions and gave us some recommendations. A notebook of info (WiFi, check out, restaurants, etc) would have been very helpful. But overall we would definitely stay again.

Hi Debbie! Thank you so much for the feedback I will work on all that. Appreciate it.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, well decorated, comfy beds. Close to everywhere we needed to go in town. Great living room/kitchen space to gather, spacious enough for a group of people. Incredibly easy check in/check out process. Very quick responses from the host. Thank you, Jennifer, we will definitely book here again next time we're in town!

Thank you for your lovely review Julia! You are welcome back anytime.
We stayed over Labor Day weekend 2025. This property, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, nicely fit our extended family of 7. The deck offered additional living space with beautiful mountain views and the opportunity to watch the frequent arrival/departure of the train. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The property's central air conditioning is not working, so the hosts have added two air conditioning units. A portable unit on the first floor and a window unit with plywood on the second floor. As there was not a guest information book, we had to reach out to the hosts about WIFI information and checkout procedures. The host responded promptly.Overall, this is a clean, family-friendly property. If given the chance, we would stay here again. Thank you, Jennifer!

The rooms, furniture, and decor match the description and are comfortable and inviting. However, the property needs a deep cleaning, and the cabinets need to be organized so that it is easy to find a simple saucepan. The towels and washcloths are stained and need to be replaced. Providing a welcome book or sign with instructions would be helpful. With a little bit of attention and care, this property has potential to be a 5 star property. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, observing wildlife and mountain scenery. It also provided easy access to downtown and to highways to other destinations.
Our stay was ok but overall, a bit misleading in the VRBO description and not very well thought out.First, this not a stand alone house, it is a duplex. It also does not have 5 bedrooms since the 5th is actually just a landing with twin beds and has no door or privacy. Lastly, we rented this in the heat of the summer and the listing stated that it had AC. It doesn’t. They have 2 portable units. One in an upstairs bedroom and one is the living room. The others, including the master, are not air conditioned and were very hot. Also, the house had random stuff crammed in every drawer and closet, expired food in the fridge and cupboards, some old Christmas decorations hanging around and lacked basic things like a house book with check-in and checkout instructions and Wi-Fi information.I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one just falls short.
Great communication. Worked perfectly for our trip.

Worst Experience Ever!
Arrived to property and followed check in instructions only to walk into a trashed house. All linens piled up on bed, towels piled on toilets and full trash cans. Smoke alarm was not even connected in master bedroom. Property manager was easy to get in touch with but I was not happy with the situation; had to pick between cleaning the rental or find a new place for 5 adults to stay for the weekend at 5 PM on Friday. Thankfully full refund was given but that didn’t cover the agitation and difficulty of finding a new place. Would have lots of difficulty trusting this booking again.
