We had two families stay here over a long weekend, and it was perfect. The space is beautiful inside and out, and I'm already planning a return trip with some girlfriends!

Nice spot, could be cleaner
Pro: very nice quiet spot on the creek, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space to relax with friends. Plenty of parking for 3 families. Bathrooms were very clean and appointed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed 8 outdoor Adirondack chairs. Con: door code changed without notice, some bedrooms were not clean (dusty) and the lower level smelled of dog. Main level couches had thick layer of dust. There was a lot of dog hair throughout the house. One kayak was missing a plug and sank into the water. One had a broken seat back.
This house was absolutely amazing! The house on the outside was so beautiful and on the inside it was clean! The beds were so comfortable we slept very well on those beds. The backyard was so spacious for dogs and families, we usually went to go use the grill to make dinner. There were also canoes and life jackets provided for you :) We all went canoeing and the views were just so stunning. It was so peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was very big and had a lot of utensils for people to use just in case you didn’t bring any. One thing I want everyone to know is that the kitchen is at the top floor so it can be a little bit tricky going up the stairs you can get tired pretty quickly! The master bedrooms bathroom was very big and very modern. Actually the whole entire house was very modern and my whole family loved it. My family caught a lot of crabs and some fish for us to eat for dinner and they were delicious. I recommend bringing your boat or jet skis it’s very fun especially with family. The owner was very quick to respond if we had any questions which Im very glad about. :) I would definitely come here again because it was very homey and i’m glad I got to experience this.
The minute we pulled into the driveway, we knew we picked a great place to vacation! From the gorgeous new house, cute landscaping, chairs/ picnic table/ grill provided right on the river, spacious dock – with crab traps ready to go, it was perfect! The inside was immaculate with modern features, very nice furnishings and decor, and the perfect setup for 3 couples and 2 babies + 1 dog. Downstairs was ideal setup for family with kids, their own living area, kitchenette, bunk room and queen BR, that lends itself right out into the back yard. Master “suite” was sprawling and resort like. The balcony overlooking river was so peaceful, and the soaking tub was heavenly. Upstairs is the perfect setup for entertaining and cooking. Everything provided to those who want to cook. Even crab steamer, food trays, and mallets provided for a seafood feast. Sunset deck was the grand finale when youre touring the house. Spent mornings and evenings up there and the big fan and umbrella provided kept the bugs off and the nights cool. We enjoyed kayaking over to a little sandbar out by the mouth of the Potomac, fishing (bring your own poles), crabbing, Montross brewery, Hague Winery, and can’t recommend Coles Point Tavern enough. Sit on the “sunset deck” and get a crab cake and margarita! Thank you Raisa for a great weekend!
