We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Soft morning light fills the rooms as you settle in with a steaming cup of coffee, the quiet hum of a peaceful neighborhood all around you. Evenings draw you toward the comfort of a plush sectional for a movie night or to the game den for foosball and laughter. Step outside and the covered patio offers a shaded retreat, while the fenced yard invites both relaxation and play under Colorado skies.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms give everyone space to spread out. Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and ensuite bathroom, creating a private haven. Another upstairs king bedroom and a queen bedroom provide cozy retreats, while the basement holds two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a queen and a twin. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided to help you rest well.

Kitchen & dining
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. A natural flow connects this space to the dining area, which seats six, so meals come together with ease whether you are preparing a holiday dinner or setting out quick snacks before exploring nearby trails.

Comfortable living spaces
Two living areas give you options to unwind. On the main floor, sunlight fills the living room where you can stream shows or gather for conversation. Downstairs, the second lounge doubles as a game den with foosball, a giant Connect 4, Smart TV, and board games, offering entertainment for both kids and adults.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms make it simple for everyone to get ready. Bright lighting, large mirrors, and a mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination are paired with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower gel, and hotel-quality towels for your stay.

Outdoor living
The fenced backyard offers a private outdoor setting. Enjoy shaded meals on the covered patio or relax with morning coffee while children or pets play nearby. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make it easy to extend your time outdoors.
