We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms spread across two levels, there’s room for everyone to relax in comfort. The upstairs master suite features a king bed, Roku TV, and private ensuite bathroom. A second king bedroom and a queen bedroom share the same level for easy access. Downstairs, one bedroom includes a queen bed, while another offers both a queen and a twin bed, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Each space includes bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and storage to ensure restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with essentials such as towels, soap, and shampoo. A mix of walk-in showers and a shower/tub combination makes mornings simple and evenings refreshing after a day of exploring nearby trails or city attractions.

Kitchen & dining
The galley-style kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from a refrigerator, stove, and oven to a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Share breakfast at the adjoining dining table, which seats six and connects seamlessly to the main living area for relaxed conversation and connection.

Living spaces
The upstairs living room offers a bright, comfortable setting for movie nights or quiet reading by the indoor fireplace. Downstairs, the game den keeps everyone entertained with foosball, a Smart TV, and classic board games. With two separate lounge areas, guests can gather together or enjoy their own space throughout the day.
