The Birch House includes five bedrooms for your group to spread out and relax. There are three bedrooms with king sized beds and two secondary bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two single beds. All rooms are furnished with the most comfortable memory foam beds as mentioned by our recent guests!

Snuggle up for a movie night in front of a SMART TV in one of the two living rooms in the upper and lower levels of the house with Roku access to stream to your heart's content.

Cook a delicious meal in our renovated 1960s kitchen followed by drinks in the backyard patio as the sun sets. Or venture out to the nearby Streets at Southglenn for a variety of delicious eateries and enjoy their free summer outdoor concert.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the cleaner's closet which is locked up.

We live just a couple of minutes away so you may see us occasionally outside as we collect the mail or pull out the trash bins.
