The location was great and the house was nice and clean. The host provided snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. The house was tastefully decorated and not over crowded with furniture. We would stay here again.

Was perfect for our needs

We needed a place to spend Thanksgiving with family with some place to spread out. This house was in a great location. The owners have a great sense of design and did a lot of work to modernize the place. The amenities were good as well.

Perfect place for shows at Allstate Arena

Clean and comfortable place to stay

The property was awesome, clean, spacious, and a nice place to stay. Check-in process was very simple and the host provides amenities and even snacks that were such a nice touch for the rental. Location is very convenient, 5 mins away (by car) from the airport, very nice neighborhood and the property in perfect conditions. I will go back for sure…my family and I absolutely recommend this options if you’re traveling with a big group or family.

Wonderful Stay

I have stayed at many VRBO properties in different pay ranges and this rental tops my list! Pictures are accurate down to the decorations, newly remodeled, very clean (my favorite), huge backyard, a fully stocked kitchen, so many towels and wash cloths, and private driveway-no fighting for parking. So easy to get to the city and so many restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again, when near Chicago! Thank you for such a wonderful, comfortable property!!

Perfect home away from home

I came to Illinois for my son’s graduation. My wife and 4 kids enjoyed this house. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely book this home if available.

The house was newly renovated and all the furniture and appliances were up to date. Nice back yard with table and chairs. Central location easy to get to places. Enjoyed the Flea Market on Sunday and Giordano Pizza close by !!!!

We came for our daughter’s graduation from Texas. We loved loved our stay. 💯 recommended. Very clean and easy check in process. They even let us check in a little before the usual check in time. This was very important as we were driving and arrived a little before check in time. Located close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood. Look forward to staying here for our future vacation.

Quiet, cozy home

This house fit exactly what we were looking for - quiet neighborhood, clean home, with a wall checkers game in the basement that my 6 year old son enjoyed! Close to Starbucks and Stans donuts, and many other conveniences like Target. The owners left some snacks as well which was a very nice touch. Check out process was super easy and uncomplicated. Thanks for making our stay easy.

This recently-updated house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. My friends and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The air conditioner kept the home at the perfect temperature during the Wisconsin summer. The open concept allowed us to be part of the conversation whether in the kitchen or living room. The basement, which we labeled as the 'lower-level suite,' was a perfect third bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside and the beautiful backyard. The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but I still had no issue sleeping soundly. This was definitely one of the best rental properties I've stayed at.

The biggest piece of feedback id provide is that it is not ok for the owner to show up unannounced on the property . It frightened us half to death when we saw a “strange man” in the yard. Thankfully my husband said “let ne check this out” — but what if it was a group of women stating? As renters we are paying a fee for privacy & security. Even if we were still secure, this would be the sole reason alone we would not rent from this place again. I’m sorry but scares are not worth it. The owners’ sole response to us sending the departure text was “ok” - I don’t need a novel but it fit what we expected after meeting him

Great Place

We loved our stay at this place. Great location, close to Rosemont theatre and the Casino and lots of restaurants and bars, and a few Breweries. The house was very clean, and well stocked. The back yard was so nice to sit and relax after and before our excursions in the area. There are many TVs in the house, and the space was very good for our 3 couples to play games in the kitchen area and also watch a Football game. Taking a walk through the neighborhood was a great option and the homes are well kept, Lots of Halloween decorations were up already and the neighbors were friendly. Dog walkers, and children playing. The house is so close to the airport it was a bit loud when we were hanging out in the great fenced in back yard, however we seldom even noticed any air traffic when we were in the house. It was much quieter then we ever imagined. Great job with the remodel of this place. A 3 or 4 minute drive to all our destinations. We used Uber often and the most we paid for a ride for 6 of us was $16 with the tip. Great option. We felt very safe and welcomed in the neighborhood. We would stay here again when visiting the area for sure if they will have us. Thanks for all the extra attention to little things in the place.
