About this property

Refresh, Relax, and Recharge! Family-sized Resort Beach condo.

Relax and enjoy time at this newly remodeled beachside condo located in the Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club (Plantation Resort). It's just a few steps to Gulf Shores' white sand beach and offers a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The resort grounds has a security gate so everything is private access only. You'll be a short drive to all that the attractions the area has to offer.

THE SPACE
Common Area: The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Take in the ocean views from the living room and balcony as you gather with family or friends. As an open concept, even the dining area has views to the ocean. The modern beach inspired decor invites you to escape into nature beauty. There is a sleeper sofa for a Queen size pull out bed.
Down the hall is a bathroom, that also serves the second bedroom.

Primary Bedroom: Peaceful slumber awaits on the King size bed. The Primary has direct balcony access, flat screen TV, large closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and a wall hung hair dryer.

Second Bedroom: There is a super comfortable Queen size bed, flat screen TV, and a desk.

SECURITY: The resort entry is controlled by at the security gate, which makes everything private access.

RESORT AMENITIES: include, but not limited to 6 Outdoor Pools (1 salt water), a Heated Indoor Saltwater Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Putting Green, Tennis Courts and Fitness Room. The laundry facility is located on the first floor and it has everything you may need to run a load.

The Sassy Bass Island Grill is conveniently located on the ground level and has covered outdoor seating facing the ocean. They even have a great breakfast menu as well has a beach shop, in case you need sunscreen or sun glasses.

The Resort is located near serval Golf Courses, including neighboring nationally ranked Kiva Dunes.

On site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. A $35 parking pass (per vehicle) will need to be purchased online.

Adorable unit! Everything you need!

This place was great, we enjoyed the stay with our 4 daughters. Owners were great at checking in via vrbo to see how things were going. We had no issues. Beach was great, weather was perfect. Sassy bass downstairs is great for anytime of day, great frozen drinks. We didn’t really use any of the amenities on property, we just chose to spend our time in the sand! We always love staying in Fort Morgan away from the crowd.

Refresh, Relax & Recharge- YES!

This property is located in Fort Morgan, AL and the ideal location to get away with easy beach access. This is an older maintained building with tasteful decor and ideal layout inside the unit. Perfect space for two couples or a family. Open the window or door to hear the ocean. Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room all added to the Refresh, Relax & Recharge theme. Communication with owners was easy and responsive .

Perfect for family of 4

Great location! We were very happy with such an updated condo in an older looking complex. Steps away and you're on the beach. Loved having chair/umbrella rental available too. The host was very accessible by email and stayed in contact throughout our visit to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Serene getaway

A perfect getaway at Gulf Shores near the Ft Morgan end.,great beach with chaise lounge and umbrellas available to rent. The condo is very nicely decorated and a great size for our group of 3 (4 would be very comfortable). Nice to have 2 bathrooms! Kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were timely with all their communications. We didn’t need anything during our stay but know they would have been reachable. Would stay here again!
