The spot to be! This newly renovated 5,000 sq. ft waterfront home has a huge in ground heated saltwater swimming pool and tons of outdoor space. Featuring 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens making it the perfect vacation spot for multiple families. It is located at the 2 MM by water and is just down the road from the Bagnell Dam Strip. There are two 12x32 dock slips out front in a large cove that is perfect for tubing, jet skiing and other water activities. Multiple living spaces including a loft with large bean bag chairs and a basement gathering space with TV and pool table. Enjoy your coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and lake. Relax at night with TV's in every bedroom.

*There will be an additional off season charge of $50/day if you would like the pool heated during your stay. This includes March to Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day through October.

This property is in the perfect location for food/entertainment whether traveling by car or boat. The pool is exceptionally clean and a great size for multiple family members to enjoy. The boat docks are among the best I’ve ever seen and all paint/gel coat protectors to keep your boat well protected in a very quiet/calm cove just off the main lake. Beside the large number or bedrooms and bathrooms there are MANY areas of the house for group-seating or game activities.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful!!! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The pool was delightful. We enjoyed the pool table in the evenings. The owner was easy to contact and work with. I would definitely recommend this place to others!!

Family Fun

This house is in the perfect location near town and in a great cove. It has everything you need and plenty of space. My family has lots of children and they enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, and watching movies on the awesome bean bags. All the bathrooms and the kitchen are beautifully updated. It is right by two marinas that we rented s boat from. A wonderful weekend with extended family!

This was a great getaway right on the lake. Having a pool was super. Never been in a saltwater pool before. I would recommend one. The location on the lake was good. Not far to shop for groceries or souvenirs. The house was set up well. Plenty of room for our family of 10. I was really pleased with the kitchen amenities. Would highly recommend.

Annual family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was well equipped and clean. We loved the pool, as the ability to have it heated for our little ones was key to them becoming comfortable in the water. The owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved the Cove, the view, the pool and the house was beautiful and spacious for large groups. We really enjoyed playing pool in the game room as well. Up the way such a cute little resort with a few neat little bars as well!

Great location. Perfect set up for large families with guest. Will definitely look at this place again in the future. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Pool and Lake was a win-win with all the kids.

Great house with a lot of things to do to keep you entertained. Host was great in communicating with us. Did her best to try and resolve any questions we had. Will definitely try and come back again.

Great vacation home

This was a great vacation home. It was large enough, everyone had their own bedroom and it was roomy. We have been coming to LOTO for over 20 years, but never stayed where we had a pool. It was a very nice addition to the vacation. Also, never really stayed/boated on this portion of the lake. It was a great location on the water and by land. Definitely a keeper!

Great home for a large family!

We loved our stay at this house on the lake! It was the perfect location, had a boat slip available for us, and close to the boat rental and restaurants/bars/downtown. There were 13 of us (8 adults/5 kids) and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the pool was perfect!! Sara was also great with communication and allowed us an early check-in, and the house was pretty clean when we got there. The railing upstairs needs some TLC due to a few rungs being loose and dangerous for kids, but otherwise would very highly recommend the stay!

Great house for a trip with all your friends!

We just returned from our trip and it was awesome! The location is great! Quick to spots via boat or car. You can rent boats right next door! Grocery store and restaurants are 10 minutes away!The pool was perfect for our kids. The basement was great for all our kids to be down there to play and hangout all week. Not one complaint. We had great communication the whole time with the owner end she was quick to answer us back the whole time! Thank you for an awesome trip away with our friends!

Spacious house on the lake in a peaceful cove!!

Everything about this house was 100% in order, from top to bottom. Each bedroom and bathroom was fully equipped to support a large group of friends and family. The boat docks (2) were in perfect condition and covered. The swimming pool and outdoor furniture was all amazing. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and evening entertainment venues were all withing a 10-15 minute short drive. Cell phone coverage and Wi-Fi speeds were great! Wish we could've stayed longer!!

47th Birthday trip

My family and I really loved this home. It was so cozy and welcoming... The only hang up was we didnt get to enjoy the pool. My husband and brother removed an actual scorpion from the pool. After that we were too afraid to get in it. Had us freaked out.. Overall the house was beatiful and we had a great time.

Nice place.

Everything about this lake house was as advertised. Perfect spot for our group of 10 older guys. Convenient to the strip at the dam by boat and car. Grocery shopping also close. Boat rental at Point Randall was within walking distance (closer by boat) and the cove was quiet for skiing and tubing. Only criticism and reason I took off a star was the house didn’t have some of the staples compared to others I’ve stayed. No soap or shampoo in the bathrooms (had to go buy) and for a place that holds this many people, towels and kitchen supplies (paper towels, foil, dish soap, etc.) seemed a little light.

Family Lake Vaca

This property was great for our group of 14. Plenty of bedrooms,TVs, seating in the big living room, bathrooms. A well appointed kitchen and the extra kitchen downstairs! We used that oven as well several times. We cooked most of our meals. A spacious laundry room with nice washer, dryer and folding space was a big plus for a large group. The location is wonderful. Close to a great marina for gas in the boat and one day pontoon rental. Having our own docks for the boat and fishing. And close to town and restaurants. We put the saltwater pool to constant use. Loved it! Just the place we needed for a fun time together. Host was accommodating and answered all my questions. DD

Vacation

Overall a nice house with a lot of space in it. Good location close to town. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home as we had to have the owner contact they cleaner to come back and clean other than that the inside of the house was nice. The outside has been neglected for some time as they had weeds growing all over the driveway, pool area and stairs to the lake a foot tall in places. Also there was a large pile of brush in the center of the driveway we had to move to be able to park our vehicles in it. For the price of the home we were expecting the property to be better maintained.

Ozark stay

The property was gorgeous and clean. It was spacious and everyone was able to have their own private space. We loved the pool and accessibility of the lake from the dock. The lights around the pool were a very nice touch. Things that could be improved: One of the toilets on the main level backed up the first day we were there so we tried to avoid that the rest of the trip. The oven also did not work the first day, after contacting the owner, we were able to get it working thankfully. The fire alarm in the kitchen was extremely sensitive and every time anyone made toast it would go off. There was a loose brick on the fireplace which was a safety hazard. It nearly landed on my six year old niece’s foot when it fell off its ledge. Other than that, we had a lovely stay. Would recommend a stay here to family and friends.

Great stay that saved the day

We had rented a different house that had what seamed like 1000 steps to the water (this wouldn’t work for my parents and in laws) last minute was able to book this place. Water access was great house was great and pool was a hit with the kids!

Great Place

Great property. House is perfectly located on the lake for all your boating needs and services. Close to great restaurants and shopping as well. House sleeps PLENTY and the pool makes it that much better. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Will defiantly stay again.
