The modern waterfront house with approx 5,500ft of living space on two floors is located directly on the Caloosahatchee River, offers breathtaking views and great opportunities for fishing or kayaking! Please ask for Boat Rental Options.
Heated saltwater pool & hot tub (Oct-Apr), 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, home cinema and bar area with high-quality amenities invite you to relax. The rooms are bright, spacious and from the living room, the 2 master suites and another bedroom you have access to the terrace/balconies and river views! Pool is operated without chlorine using modern, skin-friendly salt technology. This is of great advantage for people with a chlorine allergy - the water doesn't really feel salty - rather it is soft and very pleasant - pool can be heated electrically.

(Additional use will be handled by the USD 0.12/KWH deposit). Minimum rental age 25 years.

Wonderful property

Going into our trip we knew that the house had sustained hurricane Ian damage. There had been several communications leading up to our actual arrival. Seeing the devistation in Fort Meyer beach says it all. We could not have asked for a better property manager than Gunther. He communicated daily throughout our stay and wanted to know all the details. There were issues, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our time there., and we were happy to have accommodations for our large group. I do no not have anything bad to state. It was a pleasure.
