Very nice and spacious row corner house only about 300 m from the white sandy beach and crystal clear sea of "SUERGIUS DE MARI" near NORA (PULA). The house is tastefully furnished and offers spacious rooms with a furnished covered terrace and a Mediterranean garden with a well-kept lawn and barbecue area. Another beach nearby is "Baia di Nora" in about 1 km.
A living space of approx. 130 sqm offers enough space for the accommodation of max. 8 people.
The premises are on 3 levels and are divided as follows:
Lower area: Large living / dining room with integrated kitchen and relaxation zone with TV-SAT system - 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet. Upper area: 1 bedroom with double beds and sea view - 1 bedroom with bunk beds - 1 bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet.
Adjacent to the terrace area is another living room with a cooking zone.
Additional equipment: washing machine - dishwasher - fridge / freezer combination - microwave - air conditioning cold / warm - TV-SAT system - WIFI internet for a fee - sun beds - garden furniture - barbecue - outdoor shower - parking spaces directly at the house.
