It was wonderful being within walking distance of just about everything Folly Beach has to offer. We’d worried about being so close to the pier, but ended up enjoying everything about it — It’s solid and wide with great places to sit and enjoy watching fishermen, surfers, and the ocean itself. It was a great week in spite of a couple of days of rain.

The condo was brand new and everything was thought of for are stay . Dish and kitchen ware new and the views are incredible. I wish it had an elevator

Best location on the Beach

We loved the beautiful accommodations and the view was perfect. We watched the dolphins and the surfers the whole time we were there. One the best parts for us is the location. We parked the car and never touched it until it was time to leave. Lunch on the Pier was 1 block away. Breakfast on the beach at Blu was 2 blocks away. We had a great time and will be back.

So cute!

Host was responsive, place is very clean and you can’t beat the location right on the beach. The A/C worked great and the beds were super comfortable. The outside patio was very nice for coffee and enjoying the ocean views. Having on site parking was a huge plus for Folly! It is 3 flights of stairs so be prepared for that when handling luggage. Our only suggestion would be to have beach towels and wash cloths but everything else was great and we would stay here again for sure!

Perfect beach getaway for a family

We loved our stay. The place was prettier and more spacious than we expected. The bedrooms were separated so everyone could sleep really well without waking each other. The beach accessible behind the condo is staffed with life guards, as it doubles as the public beach, which made me feel much safer with my kids swimming. And a beach grocery store was 2 blocks away, which was an easy walk, or you could drive 3.5 miles to a full grocery store - for easy access to groceries. Great place. Thanks!

Quick getaway

Property is clean. Great location close to everything. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There are no beach towels which is a real inconvenience and costly. We had to purchase beach towels and they were not cheap! Overall if your looking for a quick getaway good place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

Recently remodeled condo building. Everything was clean. Perfect for 2 couples with split bedroom/ bathrooms. Balcony offers great views. Most everything you want to do is walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is that they replace the balcony chairs. They were broke and unusable.

Just About Perfect

I had high expectations for this property based on the photos and listing, and I was not disappointed. Everything was absolutely as advertised, and the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be repeat visitors. The only very minor irritation we had (which is no fault of the owner) is that pretty much everything going on in the adjoining unit can be heard - there seemed to be zero insulation/sound barrier. Not a big deal if you’re renting both units, but perhaps something to be mindful of if you’re seeking a secluded experience.
