Enjoy this comfortable, 1 bed 1 bath unit in a quiet, low-traffic, residential neighborhood. Less than 5-minute drive and an easy walk or bike ride to downtown area, including Mayo facilities. Free, designated off-street parking, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, laundry access, and full kitchen with dishwasher are all part of the package!
The bedroom offers plenty of space, including a dedicated desk for work and study. The walk-in closet ensures you'll have plenty of room for your clothes and bags.
The living room includes comfortable couch and smart tv, allowing you to utilize all your streaming services. The perfect place to relax and unwind.
A full kitchen, including complete place settings, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stovetop allows you to have meals just like you're at home.
On site laundry means you don't have to worry about finding a laundromat during your stay.
The patio allows for refreshing, outdoor relaxation.

Mayo Clinic visit
Everything went smooth as silk. Connor's communication was prompt, congenial and clear. Location is easy to find. It is located 9 blocks north of the clinic & about 1 block east of 4th Av NW. In good weather it would be a comfortable walk to the clinic. Since the weather didn't cooperate, the drive was easy straight south on 4th. The apt is very comfortable. It even has a cordless phone charger. TV worked great. It is equiped with a full size fridge with freezer AND a small size dishwasher. Kitchen has a double sink, a center island with 2 bar stools as well as a table. The appliances and kitchen tools are of good quality and all that one might need. The bathroom is very tiny with only a small shower stall & a tiny sink. Nice hot water. New towels & bedding. The bed is very comfy. A nice walk-in closet. A desk & chair. Many drawer dresser, full length mirror. The entrance door lock & apt door lock are easy to use code access. The one and only item that i personally found uncomfortable was that it is a basement apartment that lacks daylight. Eventhough the lighting in the entire apt is excellent, I am more comfortable with windows that allow lots of daylight in the rooms.
It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into the layout, the finishing and decorating of this cute little apartment. Connor was receptive to a few minor comfort suggestions for the apartment.
