We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests. Our additional health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. Specific steps we are taking include:
Increasing the frequency of cleaning and using hospital-grade sanitizer to disinfect all spaces, with a focus on the kitchen counters, door handles, light switches & outlets, appliances and cabinet handles and knobs, and all bathroom surfaces.
For guests ' safety, a floodlight camera is on the top of the garage door.

We felt cozy and at home at this house. Lots of walking trails, restaurants and a great grocery store within a few blocks. Very walkable to Mayo when my husband felt well enough.

Excellent stay close to family

Great walking trails along the river. We came for a family medical emergency and location was centrally located. Kitchen was well stocked for the man who loves to cook. We appreciated the washer and dryer. Felt at home. Host was responsive when we raised issues.

This Silver Lake home was perfect! The cozy space was immaculately clean, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. All essential amenities were provided, making our visit completely stress-free. The location is perfect for Mayo Clinic visitors – less than a mile away. The wonderful hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were responsive to our questions.I highly recommend this property. Cozy vibes, clean, and is in a great location! We've already decided this will be our go-to spot for all our future trips to Rochester – you really can't beat it!

Perfect for my Mayo Visit!

Loved this little house for my week-long visit to Mayo Clinic. Though it’s an older house, it’s Clean, cozy, & I appreciated the extra touches like apples, water bottles, shampoo, etc. Also appreciated the warm welcome from property manager & ease of keeping in touch, though I had no problems. I had a rental car & it’s an 8 min drive to Mayo—very convenient. Also loved the lake across the street & trails nearby! Would recommend & stay again for sure!

The property was in relatively good shape.

We noticed when we went into the property that we had all got dizzy due to the unlevel floor situation in the house. The pictures show the backyard is not been fenced in but it was which we appreciate it very much for our puppy dogs. The property was reasonably comfortable once we got used to the unlevel floor situation. All in all not a bad property by any means, but we would not book it again.

Perfect Accomodations

This is the perfect home to rent. We had a 4 month stay during medical treatment at Mayo Clinic. The home was well-appointed with all the necessities, clean, and located nearby the clinic. The neighborhood is safe and has beautiful walking trails nearby. Satharina was very accessible and accommodating to answer questions. I would highly recommend renting from Satharina and Amir.

Perfect house for our visit to Mayo Clinic

Silver Lake house met all our needs while in Rochester for my husband's surgery. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and great water pressure in the shower. We really appreciated the fenced yard for our dog and Silver Lake Park is right across the street for morning walks. My husband was able to rest up and recover for the drive home. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location , cozy clean home

We stayed on the home prior to surgery at Mayo. The house is an easy drive, about 5 minutes away. There is a beautiful park with walking trails nearby, and the location is central to easily reach downtown. We found the home to be very inviting and clean, certainly met all of our needs!

The house is in a good location for Mayo Clinic, and St. Mary’s patients. We had to go to both during our stay. Everything from food to shopping is 10 minutes or less. The house worked well for our needs, and had everything you need. It was a cute little house. The parking is in the back. You share the trash can with the house next door to the right, just to let you know, and it still has to go to the road on Friday mornings. You may want to take turns with the neighbor. The case of water in the fridge when we got there was appreciated.

3. Day RETREAT

Everything was very well furnished. Much better than a motel and safer from the virus. The back porch railing was not safe to use and the deck and back yard appeared shabby. There were no locks on the back yard fencing. The air conditioner needed. Instructions on how to operate. It was very cold and we didn't know how to operate it without calling. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you

Stay to welcome new grandson

This property was perfect for our 2 week stay. Our dogs had a great backyard and excellent walking trails. I could cook and prepare meals for family to be frozen for use later. We were not in the way at new baby’s home but close enough to be there in 5 minutes if needed.
