Quiet Serenity in a Beautiful Beachhouse

The place is beautiful, lots of space and location and view are excellent. The decks for sitting and gazing out over the water are amazing and very close proximity to beach. Very friendly to work with and everything was smooth and easy. Highly suggest this place as we will be a repeat customer as well.

Beautiful Home with Great View

This lovely clean home was the perfect spot for our family reunion. Everything we needed was provided. Two outside decks, fantastic kitchen, game room, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The beach was clean and uncrowded, even over the weekend. The owner communicates quickly and the check in and out process was simple. Outstanding experience start to finish.

Family vacation

We enjoyed having access to the pool when the tides were very high with Alberto. The kids enjoyed the games, puzzles and sleeping in the bunk room. The telescope allowed us to see the strawberry moon with the craters. The kids were fascinated. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Lovely stay at a lovely home

We so enjoyed our vacation here. The house had everything one might need. Kitchen was fully stocked, loved the cozy blankets for watching tv, plenty of bath towels for all. We had 11 stay here and were all very comfortable in the space. Beach was quiet during the week and we swam everyday. My four (mostly) adult children each brought a friend and my 88yo mom rounded out the group. We all had a terrific stay. Really really loved our time here and hope to return next year.

Awesome weekend

The house was at a great location. Lots of room. Patio views were breathtaking. We were celebrating our sister 67 birthday. Beach was ver close and so was the pool. The house did feel warm during the day. The couches do need to get steam cleaned. Everything else was excellent.

Amazing Experience

I booked this trip for my family; it was a large group. We had an amazing time, eveything about the house was wonderful. Its a beautiful house and i recommend it wholeheartedly. Upon check in we had a little hiccup with the code not working but I called the owner of the home and he answered quickly and got everything fixed. The home was not only beautiful but very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay, it even had a telescope. Which was wonderful for my stargazing - loving husband. The location was ideal as its walking distance from the beach. We had a great time.

🌟 Check in is at 4:00pm and Check out is at 10:00am unless previously agreed upon with host. This will be strictly enforced.
🌟 Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
🌟 Our cancellation policy will remain firm in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect your trip investment.
🌟 Rental Agreement will be sent after booking is confirmed. Rental Agreement but be e-signed and returned before door code is released.
🌟 A $500 security hold will be placed on your card 3 days before your arrival and released 7 days after departure with there are no disputes or damages incurred during stay. Security holds can not last forever and so it may drop off and re-initialize as it can only stay pending for so long even after your stay is over. It drops off after 7 days.
🌟 Condiments, zip locks, coffee, shampoo/conditioner are not provided at the rental
🌟 Only starter toilet paper and paper towels provided
🌟 Occasionally Pool may be closed due to maintenance and repair that is outside the Host's control. The Host is unable to provide any compensation when the pool is unavailable.
🌟 No confetti and glitter is allowed to be used at the house. Evidence of confetti or glitter use will incur $100 cleaning fee.
🌟 RV/Campers are not allowed on the property
🌟 No Third Party Bookings allowed
