This home is perfect for family gatherings due to the open floor plan that combines the kitchen and family rooms. Walk outside to the water facing deck where you can enjoy the peek a boo water views and listen to waves. Below the home you will find the pool oasis, 7 person hot tub, game room, and entertainment areas. Come enjoy everything this pristine home has to offer!

This beautiful home with walking/golf cart only beach access has unique features you won't find anywhere else in the peninsula. The open floor concept seamlessly integrates the fully stocked kitchen and living room where you can enjoy a home cooked meal followed by a movie in the 70 inch LED backed smart TV or a family game night with one of the many board games provided.

The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed that sleeps 2. It has beautiful decorations, a 50 inch smart TV and oversized ceiling fan for cool restful nights. The attached master bathroom has a spacious closet with a pack & play and a high chair for your little one. There you will also find a dog crate for your furry friend. The shower is spacious and has a sitting area as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The 2nd room sleeps 6 people in the 2 twin over full bunk beds with comfy mattresses and sailor themed decor. It also has a color changing LED backed 50 inch smart TV where the kids can catch a movie and a remote controlled color changing fan that will guarantee happy dreams. This room has it's own closet and a large dresser to put away your belongings as well as a charging station for all your personal devices.

The third bedroom has a beautiful and comfortable queen size bed that sleeps 2. Just like the other rooms in the house, this room also has a large smart TV and powerful ceiling fan. There's plenty of drawer space in the all wood chest. There's a small owner's closet in this room that's not available for guest use.

The 2nd bathroom has plenty of space to wind down after a long day of winding down in the beach or in our "Oaseas" pool & Hot Tub. There's complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the wall dispenser.

The entertainment area Tiki Bar seamlessly integrates with the game room so you can keep an eye on the little ones while enjoying some adult beverages and your favorite show in the outdoor smart TV.

Last but not least we have "The Oaseas", a 10,000 gallon, 24 ft long, 12 ft wide and 54 in deep above swimming pool. Enjoy the warm cristaline water with a bright LED light that brings the ocean to you. Next to it you'll brand new 7-person hot tub with 54 jets for a relaxing massage as well as LED lights and a built in Bluetooth speake! You can also grill some s'mores in the fire pit or cook burgers in the brand new charcoal grill while stargazing in the beautiful clear skies (bring your own charcoal).

The entire property is fenced and has a dedicated dog run making it ideal for your furry friends.

The entire property is accessible to guests except for the shed in the garage, the closet in the master bed room and the elevator. This are all locked for your convenience so that you don't have to worry about it.
