This amazing home has spectacular ocean views including Battery Point Lighthouse from three different levels. The very top level is a cupola with a 360 degree panoramic view. The hot tub has great views as well. Access to the ocean is just a short walk down the road. Many great restaurants and other attractions are within five minutes drive.

We LOVED this property! It was such a relaxing, refreshing, and adventurous trip. The house has spectacular views and a fun setup. We loved the arcade games and ping pong. The area is wonderful to explore! Thanks for the experience! The whole family wants to come back! Hope we get a chance!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the hot tub and game room were a lot of fun, and communication was incredible. My reason for not giving a higher rating was that parts of the property were renovated to be a cute beach house and parts were very outdated. There is old carpet with stains throughout parts of the house and the bathrooms are outdated. There are some holes in the walls and other things that need attention, like a shower head held up with zip ties. In the end, we were able to look past these things, because the location, other parts of the house, and hosts were lovely. I do wish though that other previous guests would have made mention of these things because they were a bit of a shock. If the upkeep was better, this would easily be a five star property.

Overall the property could use a little refresher. Most notably the carpet is stained and rippling. The hot tub cover is also broken. My biggest complaint is the pungent smell coming from the en suite bathroom on the first floor. It was immediately noticeable upon entering the bedroom. I texted Dave right away (on the same conversation that we’d used previously) and despite the message being read, never received a response. I’m unsure what the cause of the smell is (sewage? something died?) but we ended up closing off that bathroom and leaving the bedroom window open. Not a great experience.

The house was clean, well equipped, the views were beautiful. The walk to the beach was 1000ft away. The hot tub was a nice feature and being able to go home with clean laundry was nice. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers was powerful.

We loved this house. It was very clean, easy to get to and exactly as the pictures showed. Communication was great! Check in and out was very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this house to anyone.

The view was incredible and spending Christmas here was wonderful. We had a great time. The house is spaced out nice and the kids enjoyed the game room.

Spectacular home and location. Award winning sunrise and sunsets can be seen here. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. Can accommodate large families or a large group. One of the best views EVER from the kitchen window....will make you want to wash dishes. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.
