The terraced house complex with 4 house units is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in 10-15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are numerous leisure activities such as an ice rink, Baltic Sea thermal bath, sea aquarium and much more. Within 10 to 20 minutes by car you can reach the Travemünder Hafen, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Karls Erlebnishof and the Hansapark.

The house was completed in 2018 and furnished in a modern, maritime style. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas and modern tiles as well as warm wooden parquet floors create a bright and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a couch and a dining area for 6 people. In addition to the guest toilet, there is a separate sauna room on the ground floor with a modern sauna. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge / freezer, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with box spring beds and high quality electric fireplace. From the bedroom you can access the south-facing balcony. The large, modern tiled bathroom is also very bright with several windows and equipped with a floor-to-ceiling, spacious shower, whirlpool, toilet and 2 sinks. The spacious attic with high ceilings and warm, light parquet floors offers another bedroom with a couch corner. The apartment has its own terrace with a garden and an additional south-facing balcony. There is its own free car park, a second one on request.

Kurzfristiger Urlaub Timmendorfer Strand

Nach der Entscheidung einen Urlaub zu buchen war dieses Objekt direkt in der engen Auswahl, gemeinsam habe ich mich mit meiner Familie entschieden und den Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr schön und perfekt für kleine Kinder.

Tolles Haus zum Wohlfühlen für die ganze Familie

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und optimal für den Urlaub mit der Familie. Mit der Sauna und der großen Whirl-Pool-Badewanne (wir haben beides getestet, die Bedienung war leicht) bietet es außerdem einen gewissen Luxus. Das Haus ist nicht ganz zentral gelegen, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man in knappen 10 Minuten mittem im Ort und am Strand. Bis auf die ersten 200-300m, die man an einer befahrenen Straße entlang muss, ist der Weg aber dann auch mit Kindern sehr angenehm (Fahradweg ohne Verkehr an einem Kanal entlang und dann durch ein ruhiges Wohngebiet). Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Baustelle und schlechte Lage des Hauses

Direkt am Haus gab es keinen Stellplatz. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war die Baustelle nebenan. Man musste über eine hohe Bordsteinkante fahren ( Folgeschäden am Reifen und Spur sind dadurch möglich). Täglicher Baulärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern vorhanden, ab 8 Uhr morgens (Mo - Sa). Trotz Beschwerde bei Vermietungsbüro Baltic Appartements kam bis heute keine Reaktion. Anregungen: Waschmaschine, Beleuchtung über Badspiegel und Eingangstür, evtl. TV im Schlafzimmer wären nette Upgrades für das Haus. Vor allem für Familie mit Kindern. Top waren die Sauberkeit, Sauna und Whirlpool. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus nicht mehr buchen.
