Great place to stay in Buffalo!

My friends and I came up for the eclipse and Jeff's place was perfect. Just like the pictures, had everything we needed, plus some nice touches like luggage racks in all the bedrooms. Convenient location for getting around the area. Jeff was super communicative and flexible, which we really appreciated. Would stay here if I was in the area again!

Great stay!

Did a couples trip to Buffalo for a Bills vs Pats for new years weekend and this place was perfect! Incredibly clean, local treats in the fridge, and great communication with the owner! Beds were very comfy and the living / dining area exceeded our expectations!

Wedding Weekend & Trip to Niagara Falls

Clean & Cozy stay with gifts

Had a short but enjoyable stay in downtown Buffalo. House was perfect for our needs and Jeff had prepared some very nice touches to make it even better. We had treats in the fridge, nice soaps in the shower and folded towels on the bed. How was very clean and the check-in and out process was super easy. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Why they chose this property

We enjoyed living in this neighborhood for close to decade. After purchasing this home, we put a lot of work into cleaning it up and making it as enjoyable a space as the neighborhood it resides in.

What makes this property unique

There are so many exciting things to do just steps away out the front door. The quaint Historic West Village is one of Buffalo's oldest residential neighborhoods, and boasts beautiful eclectic architecture. It is directly adjacent to downtown, the lively Allentown neighborhood, as well as Buffalo's incredible waterfront. Shea's Performing Arts Theater, Key Bank Arena, The Buffalo Convention Center, Seneca Niagara Casino, The Inner Harbor, and numerous restaurants, cafes, music venues, dance clubs and so much more are all within a few minutes walk.
