About the space.
Upon walking in you will see a cozy living room with wood ceilings and lots of windows. The main couch is a queen pullout for extra guests. You'll see the glass slider door walking out to the patio, making it great for entertainment.
Making your way toward the kitchen is 4-piece bathroom and full-size washer/dryer. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Around the corner in the living room and up the stairs are two bedrooms with more unique wood ceilings creating a calming presence. Upstairs is also a full-size private bathroom for comfort & convenience.
Outside in the back patio is a large fire pit stocked with wood and a grill for you to enjoy. To access the beach walk along the right-hand side of the detached garage and down the steps. From here is a paved sidewalk just a few steps to the beach and restaurants.
