Olivebridge is a quiet and beautiful area! Close to the best hiiing trails in hudson valley! My home features a Jacuzzi Tub, Hot Tub, High Speed Internet, Many walking/hiking areas nearby, Large Lawn to play a game of Horseshoe or sit by the fire pit and roast s’mores! All year round we have breathtaking views here in the Catskills. My home is only 20 minutes to the Town of WOODSTOCK!

We are not far from the Best Ski resorts around! 30-45 mins to each ski resort!! Ski all day and then come back and enjoy a resting relaxation in the Hot Tub!

Feel free to smoke outside around the property or on the porches (with both windows/doors closed at all times while smoking) Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtrays ONLY!

My home also has a karaoke/disco machine you can use. A personal massage table, for extra relaxation! A large Smart TV (no cable) Two electric fireplaces/heat for ambiance or turn the heat on if your chilly during the fall/winter months. It’s very private and quiet at my home which is what I really love about living in this area. It’s very peaceful and beautiful!

My home is set up as a mother daughter family home. I will be staying in the downstairs level of my home. My guests will be having full access of my Entire upstairs which includes a full kitchen, living room area, front porch, large back deck off of the kitchen/dining room. The upstairs Also includes 3 bedrooms- the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a jacuzzi tub & shower, with its own entrance that leads you out to the private enclosed hot tub area. You also have access to the Lawn, parking and entire property. Yes, I live in the basement, You won’t even know I’m here. I may even not be around during the guests bookings. You have your own personal parking area/driveway for you and your guests and a separate entrance and driveway below for myself to use so I’m completely out of your way! I have my own kitchen, bathroom & living area downstairs where I do not need to use the upstairs at any point in time during your stay. The hot tub/porches/property will never be used by me during your stay. I do not use any amenities while I have guests booked.

You are able to access anything you see unless a door is locked. Such as the Master Bedroom Closet & the basement door those are the only areas off limits. Other than that the entire property, parking, amenities, hot tub, fire pit, massage table, both front and back porch and yard is all yours to use and Enjoy! We do have an outdoor camera on the property for security purposes so we know when guests arrive and how many have arrived. So PLEASE be HONEST in your booking to prevent EXTRA charges.

We had a lovely one-night stay in this beautiful, spacious, clean home. The quiet neighborhood and lovely grounds were just what we needed after a long drive. The hot tub was spectacular. The master bed was so comfortable, and the master suite in general was great. Would definitely stay here agai ! Many thanks to our hosts!

Excellent getaway

The house was lovely and very spacious. Angela was responsive and communicative. There was a snowstorm while we were there and lost power, and Angela was on top of getting the generator going and keeping it on until the power was restored. Beautiful area and not a far drive from hikes/walks and the town of Woodstock. The house was cozy and great for a calm quiet getaway.

Other than issues with cell reception in that area,( Wi-Fi worked great) house is beautiful. Awesome master room with Hot tub right outside the room. Nice n private. Loved seeing the deers in the yard. Quiet n peaceful. Host always replied back quickly with any questions you have. Great relaxing wknd!

The place was fine and surprisingly large. Most everything was true to form but certain things really stood out that took away from our stay.1. This should not be listed as a whole property the owner is in the basement and you can hear them.2. Property lists laundry but when you get there it says for host use only.3. The hot tub wasn't clean water was green and I smelled.4. Location of the home isn't near anything

Misleading Listing & Unnecessary Charges

The listing is very misleading. It's listed with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, sleeping 7 people. But if you want anyone else there, then you'll need to pay an extra $40 for each additional person on the property. A security camera counts the number of people. I received a payment request in the middle of the night (creepy). There were two of us. This is buried in the listing description but just feels wrong. The listing leads you to believe there are views. No. The view from the deck is of a concrete slab where an above ground pool used to be, a big burn pit, and a bunch of trees. It seems like the person living downstairs smokes, which makes the upstairs smell unpleasant.

A 2-Star Hotel

Tiffany and Angela are both very nice and communicative. The house was clean and appointed mostly as listed. All that said, there are things we felt you might want to know before you book. In no particular order: - The people who were living and visiting in the downstairs apartment were smoking and we smelled it on the deck and while in the hot tub. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may bother you. - It says "you won't hear a thing" from the downstairs apartment, but we were woken by giggling at 1:30 am one night and could easily hear them below the small bedroom in the back. - Other than the couch and high stools there is not one single interior chair. - It's more of a young adult party house than a mature adult respite. - There's a horrible screeching noise from pipes in the one shower. - Little privacy, no drapery on any windows, only blinds and some slats are missing so clear view into the bedroom should you choose. - Seems a bit "neglected" for the cost and the amount of "rules" they dictate. I've stayed at nicer for less. - Massage table - is gross. most of the vinyl covering is disintegrating and flaky. Even with a sheet over it, it felt icky. - The Karaoke machine - has a faulty mic cord that only works on occasion. - There were more than a couple of lighting fixtures that did not work or had bulbs blown out. So if you're looking for a large space in a remote area with a hot tub and that's your main goal, it's fine. If you're looking for quiet and privacy, I'd reconsider.
