Waterview, 4 BR, 100 Feet from Private Eastham Bayside Beach!
The house is approx. 1500 square feet, has two bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs, two full bathrooms and an outdoor (enclosed) hot-water shower. A front porch and side deck afford great views of Cape Cod Bay. It was built in the 1950's and has been owned previously by one other family, who took excellent care of it. It features a lovely living room with fire place and classic knotty pine paneling walls and views of the bay from the front rooms on first and second floor. A small backyard is perfect for kids play.
With the stairs to a private beach located approx 100 feet from the house, no need to drive to the beach! The bayside in this area is great during low and high tides, to swim during high tide or explore the sandbars and tidal pools when the tide is low.
Guests provide their own bed, bath, beach linens and towels.

Eastham has bayside and oceanside beaches, marshes, and fresh water ponds. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, a wonderful convenience store (The Eastham Superette) and the Eastham Public library are all within 1.5 miles of the house.
