Best I’ve ever stayed at. The communication was quick and helpful. My family and out of town friends were very comfortable. Every thing we needed was close and the city attractions were easy to access. Great place to stay.

The place was spacious and gorgeous. It was immaculately clean. While the check-in process was very clear-cut, the check-out process was a logistical nightmare. Given that the place is on the third floor, there is little-to-no legal parking in front of the building, and keys are necessary to enter the building, maybe an allowance could be made for taking trash and recycling out. Despite that, the apartment meet our needs in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This rental is located in Rogers Park, a lovely, diverse neighborhood near border with Evanston. Nice kitchen, big sunny living room, rear balcony with table and chairs, three nice bedrooms and two baths. Very comfortable for four adults. Walking distance to CTA Redline, Pottawattamie Park, lakeshore, restaurants, groceries. We ended up renting a compact car, which was easy to park in the garage behind the house. We also used CTA and Divvy bikes to get around. Getting to downtown sites takes planning (30-ish minutes by car, 1 hr by public transit), but it's worth it to have a pleasant home base. Property manager lives on site and is very responsive. Occasional pitter patter of neighbors' tiny feet is quiet well before adult bedtime.

It's a charming apartment within walking distance to the red line, which we took to a Cubs game and into the city to sightsee. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Beautiful unit on a nice street. Everything was as indicated on the website. Apartment was larger than anticipated. Ross was easy to communicate with and was available for any questions. Loved having the garage space! Our minivan just fit. Nice to have outdoor space also. We will book again!

The host, Mr. Ross went above and beyond making sure we knew where everything was in the VRBO and offered helpful suggestions for local restaurants. The property is in a nice location and the condo is comfortable, yet beautifully maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
