Spacious and clean, quiet, and up-to-date. The shower was wonderful! Beds were comfortable and the coffee was a nice added touch. Everything was working and extra blankets and fans were available. Thank you!
My daughter and her family stayed here along with me - it was a great location, safe, and the host was very responsive! Very clean and well furnished! Would definitely stay again!!
Our family of 4 - 2 teens and my husband and I - stayed here for 3 nights while we saw Chicago. The house is very spacious, kitchen ample and well stocked to be able to cook (we made a few meals) and the place is right next to an L Station! The beds are very comfy. We had a car that we used a couple of times but mostly kept in the onsite garage and didn't have to worry about street parking. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. We hit up Perfect Brunch Bros, a block down from the house - delicious!! Definitely would return to this location if we come back to Chicago!
Our family really enjoyed staying in Aaron's home! It was right next to the Kedzie stop on the Brown Line so getting anywhere by CTA was a breeze. Right nearby there are some really nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and other shops. We loved the drinks at Bokeh and the coffee at Khepri. The neighborhood felt very safe. The home is well stocked with all sorts of amenities that will make your stay comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived and you can tell it is well maintained. The kitchen even had tupperware and plenty of cooking utensils! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Chicago.
This was the perfect house for our quick little getaway to see a concert at Wrigley. Right by the L, the location was convenient yet still quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!
Good stay, the apartment is so convenient to the train it makes it very easy to go anywhere in Chicago! Secure setup, quiet neighbors, very diverse neighborhood that is extremely walkable and interesting. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Com
The property exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient to the brown line and walkable to several restaurants. Aaron was great to communicate with and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!
The place was great and very clean. Aaron was great with messages and replying quickly. The garage is a tight squeeze and don’t recommend for a big car. We had a mini van and it was tight!
Chicago is home to me, and Albany Park was my first home and your place brought back all of those wonderful memories. It was a homecoming trip for my wife and kids, and to say that they loved it and felt at home is an understatement. If the chance arises for to have a need or want to stay at a Vrbo again, you can bet that we will be looking to stay here again. It was well decorated, it was comfortable, came with everything you could think of needing, the price was fair, the neighborhood was home with plenty of nice people and the host was outstanding. Easiest 5 start review I’ve ever given! Thank you for everything Aaron, keep up the great work!

About the host
Hosted by Aaron Franceschi
After staying in our first hostel my wife and I knew we wanted to provide the same warm welcome with amenities to guest of our home town. We worked 10 long years preparing this property raising two kids in it. You will be welcomed to our home with a warmth that we ourselves appreciate when we travel using other short term rentals.
Why they chose this property
Soooo many restaurants and the TRAIN IS SO CLOSE! It truly was a pleasure being able to hop on the train platform from behind the house and explore the other neighborhoods in our free time. Most neighborhoods have plenty of other restaurants and theaters to visit just steps off the train. This helped entertain us, our guest and future travelers to our home.
What makes this property unique
Its not a basement! You actually get an above ground 1000 Square foot apartment that feels comfy to rest those tired traveling feet!. Main bedroom has a pillowtop King size bed too with black out curtains in the room. You get that quiet inner Chicago feel when staying with us with a few parks walking distance to the home for children to play.
