Near the beautiful natural sand beach Es Trenc, above the village of Sa Rapita, lies El Paraiso. A newly built and well maintained holiday development. Here you can relax and enjoy the best time of the year. The apartments are lovingly furnished. A partly covered sun terrace with private garden area is located in front of the apartments. A shade and garden behind it. The studio has a partly covered sun terrace. In the Mediterranean-style garden of over 1500 square meters, our guests will find the pool with terraces, secluded outdoor shower, a paddling pool, a generously designed barbecue area and a table tennis table. The complex is located very quiet on a residential street. Use of the tennis courts is possible.

Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit gemütlicher Poolanlage und Grill Möglichkeit. Ein harmonisches Restaurant XIVI befindet sich zu Fuß in nächster Nähe. Zum Strand "Es Trenc" sind es allerdings ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Rundum ein gelungener und unkomplizierter Urlaub 😉

Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage

Das Objekt liegt etwas entfernt von Sa Rapita. Dadurch hat es eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut zugeschnitten. Es war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt: wir hatten seine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung.
