Welcome to our cozy haven, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a group of friends eager to explore Toledo. Our bright and inviting home offers a delightful retreat after a day of adventure. Situated on a tranquil street, our location provides easy access to some of Toledo's best attractions, such as our 19 beautiful Metroparks, Toledo Zoo, and downtown sports teams the Mudhens and Walleye. Walk to Strawberry Acres Park or indulge in the scrumptious ice cream at Netty's just around the corner!

Welcome to our cozy home in Toledo! Our two bedrooms offer a comfortable retreat with fresh white linens. One room features a queen-size bed, while the other has a full-size bed. For your convenience, each room is equipped with luggage racks, USB chargers, and plush white towels.

The bathroom is fully stocked with essential amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, makeup towels, cotton balls, q tips, and a blow dryer.

Relax in our light-filled living room, where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku TV.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to utensils, a toaster, and a Kurig machine. We even provide a starter supply of dishwasher pods, water, and a snack bar because we understand that cooking on vacation isn't always a top priority!

If you need to do laundry during your stay, our basement laundry room is at your disposal, complete with an iron and Tide pods. Additionally, there's a bonus room in the basement with a projector and Roku for all your streaming needs.

Don't worry about parking; we have plenty of space available in the driveway.

Comfortable convenient house

Awesome presentation. Clean and neat, the pictures are an accurate representation. Nice touch providing snacks and Kuerig cups. Towels are fluffy and absorbent. Labels on light switches are very helpful. Home theater is a nice surprise. The USB ports in the bedrooms are very convenient. If doing any cooking be aware that the kitchen utensils and pans need updating. Convenient to shopping. Overall a comfortable and pleasant experience. It’s nice having a whole house.

5th Annual Memorial Golf Scrambles for Scholarships

The Cozy was very clean, fresh & comfortable, Neighborhood was very quiet & close to shopping, golfing, etc. Host had all the amenities if needed. Highly recommended if traveling for business, family or leisure. We were there for all three. Internet services were also available. Very satisfied customer.

Cute place

Perfect for us visiting family in perrysburg. Had plenty of places right down the road from the house too. Very clean and anything we had questions owner answered them right away. Nice stay.

Baseball tournament

It seemed fairly new, clean, light and airy appearance of decor. Impressed with the basement theater. It was set up to be comfortable and it was impressively clean. The location is was close to all our games that we watched
