Private single family home with a natural wooded setting providing much privacy.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house centrally located in the Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk (Tri-city) area. Approximately 5 minutes to Sentara Hospital at Princess Anne and the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, and only 15 to 25 minutes to Interstate, Oceana and Dam Neck Naval Installations, other area hospitals, Virginia Beach Town Center, and the Oceanfront and Sandbridge Beaches.

Each bedroom has a dedicated work area. The furnished back deck overlooks a spacious backyard and offers a tranquil outside living area.

Hardwood and tile floors throughout.
Please note that we have a NO PET POLICY.

Makes a great home for a single person(s), traveling nurses, and traveling contractors, but the unfenced yard and travel road in front is not conducive to children or pets.

Washer and dryer are inside the house garage. Electric and Internet included.

This is a month to month rental agreement.
