We had a great stay here! The place was very nice and clean with great views. Our host was very accessible and wanted to make our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely return!
We will definitely be back! The location was great, quiet, and close to great wineries. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and taking in the stunning views.
Perfect location for enjoying Palisade, Grand Mesa, and Grand Junction. Very quiet neighborhood among peach trees. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. WiFi worked great. We will stay again!
A friend and I went to Palisade to enjoy the area and do a wine tasting on Saturday. This was the perfect place for the two of us. Lynne and Steve were very gracious hosts. Would definitely stay there again (in fact, told everyone on our wine tour what a great place it was, gave the info to several people).

Thanks so much, Cindy, for staying with us and for the kind review. We really enjoyed meeting both of you and hope you return in the future (so that we can sit around the fire pit and enjoy some fine Palisade wine : )
Super clean, well-appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, and thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and wine. Steve and Lynne were excellent hosts, communicative, and helpful in every way. Beautiful views of the Book Cliffs and peach orchards from the deck, and only five minute drive to downtown. Can’t wait to return!

Thank you so much Emily…it was really a pleasure to host you and your sisters-in-law. We were glad to see you took advantage of the pedicab to tour our local wineries. You are always welcome back and we look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
This property was perfect for us! So perfect, that we asked to stay one more night and fortunately we were able to do so. Our host was very responsive! Peaceful spot. Spotlessly clean. The deck was amazing! Great wineries all around us. We will definitely book again when in the Grand Junction area!
