Welcome to this small, cozy house in a diverse and lively Long Beach neighborhood!

The ideal set-up for anyone travelling to Long Beach, Los Angeles or SoCal and looking for a central place to call home.

Like beaches? We're close to that.
Need to hop over to downtown for a concert? We are close to that.
Have a Disneyland trip planned for the family? We're close to that too!

So get ready. Because once you stay in this wonderful home, you won't want to leave. But is that such a bad thing?

This house is over 100 years old! A true gem and relic in Downtown Long Beach. The house is over 800 square feet, which is not a tiny house, but very cozy. Careful thought was given to décor in optimizing space. There is a spacious backyard, fully fenced and secured, with a Garden Dome to enjoy the SoCal weather rain or shine!

It has all the comforts of home and character to match! This home is fully maximized to fit up to 8 people. However, the optimal group size is between 5 to 6. Please consider this before booking, as we only have 1.5 bathrooms.

The home is furnished with 1 king bed in the master, and 1 queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom. In addition, we also provide an additional guest/ children bedroom with 1 twin-sized bed and a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top. ALL bedding provided; sheet sets, blankets, mattress covers/pads, pillows.

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more on a comfy couch! So make sure to bring your passwords for any streaming account you love to use.

Long Beach is a beach city. The unit has window A/C units in each room alongside ceiling fans. Neither are needed typically except in July to October. The house is not in a quiet area, but in a vibrant city neighborhood. Those who are accustomed to city living and sounds will be most comfortable in this space. It is also a Long Beach Unicorn, boasting private, 24 hour parking on the property. We have a long driveway able to park up to 4 sedan sized cars.

Great for your family, friends, co-workers, adventurers/explorers and couples.
(Not safe or suitable for children 0-10 years without adult supervision at all times - I want your children to be safe and the home has cleaning supplies accessible under the sinks, sharp furniture edges, uncovered outlets, glass within reach and sharp cactus in front and back). Please be cautious if any child is brought and supervise them at all times for their safety.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch or just relaxing with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or your favorite beer. Because sometimes we just want a home-cooked meal, right?

Includes full-size refrigerator, filter water pitcher, ice-trays, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster oven, Keurig, coffee maker, cookware & utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses, wine opener, etc.

Also includes Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer with vanity tables in both the King and Queen bedrooms. Perfect for a traveling nurse ,working professional or mom getting ready for the day.

If you’re comfortable in an eclectic, urban, artistic city filled with loving families, students, skaters, a homeless population, artists, foodies, ETC. C’mon down!

Live like a local, play at the beach, stroll the harbor, soak up the sunshine, explore Downtown Long Beach and delight in the oh-so-many excellent food & restaurant choices!

You have access to the entire house and backyard!

All of the property is included in the rental with the exception of the backyard storage shed, which is locked storage. Included in rental are home, front yard, back yard, and gated driveway.
Other things to note
- This home is fully functional, for long and short-term bookings

- Keyless entry home, and is fully secured with external surveillance only. No cameras are in the home for your privacy.

- The tenants of 922 have a mailbox in the front of the property and may occasionally come to access it.

- For guest convenience, a house cleaner manages trash day. They will enter the side gate Thursday & Friday to take trash cans out and bring them in after pick up.

- We have scheduled landscaping every other Thursday to keep our property looking as well-maintained as possible. If you want to know if your booking falls on one of these dates, please reach out and I can check for you.

- To ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable stay in a nice clean house, additional cleaning service is required for a fee for stays over 14 nights


- NOTE: Each guest after the 2nd guest cost $20 per person, per night. Please make sure to put the right number of guests. It is for us to maintain compliance with local regulations and our insurance. Undisclosed guests not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination w/o refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/night.

Nice place
This is a nice place inside. The neighborhood did not feel safe. Many houses had bars on their windows and we heard constant sirens.

Great house minutes from downtown Long Beach
This was a great little house with a private backyard and gated front yard and driveway. We used this as our home base for a wedding in the area and couldn't have been happier to have it as a place to come back to and relax in the evenings. Clean and modern, with all the comforts of home!
