Welcome to Casa Armónia, an exclusive villa located in the sought-after area of Los Pinos in Almuñécar – only 20 minutes from Nerja and 10 minutes from La Herradura.

This tastefully decorated villa offers 175 m² of living space across two floors, nestled in a lush 450 m² garden with multiple terraces and stunning sea views.

Enjoy a private saltwater pool (heatable at an extra cost), a delightful pool area, cozy lounges, sunbeds, and a barbecue – everything for a perfect vacation.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people across two levels:
Upper floor (140 m²):
• Entrance hall with guest toilet and access to a large terrace with lounge furniture, sunbeds, and the pool
• Open-plan modern kitchen, living room, and dining area. Direct access to a terrace with a large dining table and panoramic sea view
• Bedroom 1: Double bed and en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (can be combined) with en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Smaller bedroom with a daybed that converts into two single beds

• Separate entrance from the terrace

Great Holidays in a wonderful house

The house is really great with unique sea views, different terraces, lots of space, a nice pool, fully equipped kitchen etc. You can easily walk to the beach with some nice restaurants. The destination with a mixture of seaside and mountains (Sierra Nevada) is outstanding. Very nice hosts who let us even stay a couple of hours longer due to our late departure time.

Beautiful house and wonderful host

The house is even better than shown on the pictures. Stunning view and lots of places to relax in the sun or shadow. Karina and Jonas were very quickly to respond and very helpful through out the process.

Amazing View

This property is absolutely stunning! Everything feels new and is extremely clean. The house is well equipped with anything you could ever need. The host is fantastic and very responsive. The view of the sea is like no other. Would highly recommend for anyone! We hope to come back someday!

A Family Reunion

This place lives up to the expectations! All the information provided in the house description is very accurate. We had a family gathering, a total of 8 adults and everyone was comfortable for our entire stay. Simply put, you cannot go wrong with this rental as it is a very relaxing atmosphere. Home owners were very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this to anyone and hope to revisit this place again one day.

Casa Armonia, La Romantica Stunning

The property is located in quite a hilly area, lots of stairs, however the benefit of this are the stunning views you get. The villa is well equipped, and the owners are very approachable and friendly. At first, we missed British tv channels but this quickly got sorted. You do need a car to get about, nothing is close by. The new pool area is just perfect & we paid extra for the pool to be heated. Casa Armonia is pet friendly (a must for us). Weve enjoyed 10 weeks @ Casa Armonia, La Romantica Jan-Mar '24, escaping the Scottish winter. Beautiful experience, would highly recommend it.

Beautiful views

This is a lovely villa set high above the busy sea front of Almunecar. The views are the highlight; but inside the villa has excellent facilities, including efficient air conditioning and modern kitchen and electrical appliances (albeit instructions in Swedish or Norwegian!). Outside, the existing pool is small so good for kids and cooling off but not for exercise or ball games. There are many sun traps to sit and enjoy views, but in mid summer 2023 we found these too hot - in spring and autumn, and on some winter days, these would be very much more welcoming, and I would recommend this villa for these low/mid season dates for this reason. The villa has a lot of steps, which helped my exercise regime but bear this in mind if using buggies or walking aids. It is possible to walk to 5e sea front where there are nice bars and cafes, but the walk back up to the villa would be hard work for families with very young kids. You definitely need a car here. The hosts were overseas at the time of our visits but always prompt to respond to questions and everything went smoothly. Thank you to Karina and Jonas!!!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern dort, dafür war das Haus auf jeden Fall geeignet. Lediglich die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus ist sehr steil und man muss schon mit dem Auto nach Almuñecar/ Strand fahren. Zu Fuß ist das v.a. mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist wunderbar ruhig! Karina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem kleinen Hund einen sehr schönen, erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.
