The condo was very well stocked and clean. Very convenient to nearby restaurants and main downtown hub. Would highly recommend...will return in future.
Place was exactly described by the host. The host was very informative and accommodating. One of the cleanest vrbo’s we have stayed in. Great location. Would recommend this place 10/10. Would definitely stay here again!
We didn’t get to use the pool since it’s winter time. But we enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice and had everything we need it. Grocery store very close as well as restaurants and attractions. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely book this place again. Thank you!
Super cute, comfortable townhouse that is very close to downtown but still in a quiet area. Everything is as described and the host is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!
This was such a cute place to stay. Its close to everything and the pool was great. Parking right in front of house was nice and the style of the dcor is so cool and helped keep the vibe of our trip. We dont usually restay because we like to try new things but this place is so good that this may be the one.
I would highly recommend, this location was in close proximity to many of the major attractions, grocery stores, & restaurants. The townhouse itself was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Our check in process was a breeze and the owner was very communicative. If we were to revisit the area I would want to stay here!
We stayed at this proprrty for 3 nights and had a great stay! It was extremely clean, plenty of room. It was close to everything, any place we wanted to go was 6 minutes away. The pool was nice, neighbors were quiet. Great stay!
We loved this townhome. It was close to all areas of interest… Rock City, Ruby Falls, Aquarium, Restaurants, River walk for exercise. The property was just as stated!
This is a great condo with plenty of space and a lovely aesthetic! Everything you want to explore is an easy 5-10 minute drive, and there is a hidden gem of restaurant within walking distance called Boccacia!
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Chattanooga watching our son in the Ironman. House was very clean and comfortable and set up nicely. Met all of our needs.
The condo was wonderful and perfect for our girls weekend. The host was very helpful and informative. Close enough for a short drive to every place we visited while staying. The beds were comfortable, and the place was stocked with several amenities! Truly couldn’t have asked for more!
Tastefully decorated and room for all of us. Plenty of space to spread out and relax yet cozy. Couple of small items the manager addressed quickly and ready to remedy. Walking was our mode of transportation for much to do. Minutes drive to grocery, sights and adventures. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Grandma, Papa (mid 60s) Mom, Dad (mid 30s) Grandkids (10 and 6) Loved that there was a bath for kids and different areas to hang out or watch tv. Thanks for sharing your home
There were several instances that made me realize this wasn’t the unit for us. The master tub isn’t in my opinion standard sized, seems small and unclean on our arrival. The steps are definitely a work out. A pillow on the back porch bench wouldn’t stay on the bench despite relatively calm weather. The sheer curtains didn’t help the unease.

Dear Yo, I sincerely apologize this wasn't a great stay for you and I will be sure to address the bathtub cleanliness with our cleaning crew. As a host, we LOVE to hear feedback while you are staying with us so we can address any issues and ensure a great stay. I sent several messages right after check in and followed up to see if everything was going well but we didn't receive any communication back. We also show accurate photos of every room, bathroom (standard size tub/shower), staircases and outside of the home to ensure guests know what they are getting with our place and do not have surprises upon arrival. I hope this helps you when booking future stays!
When booking, I had high expectations for this property based on the description and pictures, but neither did it justice.
First, we felt very safe. The St. Elmo area is great, and the property and neighborhood are both clean and family-friendly. We saw parents pushing their children in strollers on the street and on the riverwalk.
The most important thing after feeling safe is a great night’s sleep. The beds are so comfortable, and the owners did not cut corners on the thread count of the sheets. It makes all the difference. Also, the townhouse was spotless, and the decor is gorgeous. It doesn’t look like a “staged” home.
Location is everything! When we booked too much time between our visit to Ruby Falls and Rock City, we made the 5 minute drive back to the townhouse instead of waiting around in a gift shop. There are also some great restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out Common Table and 1885 Grille.
We could not have asked for anything better!
Lots of great spaces for hanging out and spending time together over our daughters graduation weekend. Every space has unique lighting fixtures that give the rooms character and interest. Variety of seating accommodated a lot of great conversations. There are 3 flights of stairs but my elderly in laws managed the one flight up to their room easily.
Beds and furniture were solid. Bedding and pillows were that nice hotel quality making sleep very comfy. Extra blankets added to warmth and coziness. AC units in each room worked well to keep everyone comfortable. Bathrooms clean and well decorated. Quiet close cabinets and drawers and hooks for everyone’s towels were a nice touch.
Appliances were new. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, glass and dinner ware. Publix and Walgreens very close by for any necessary items. Neighborhood is super cute. Easy check in check out process. Felt safe the entire time.
10/10 recommended!!
This 3-story townhouse is clean, modern, and well maintained. All appliances functioned properly. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, liquid soap, etc. No problems at all.
The Publix supermarket is a short drive down St. Elmo Ave. (a quiet backstreet that parallels the busy four lane tourist clogged Broad Street). We bought milk, eggs, pancake mix, fresh berries, etc. and then fixed breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. All necessary kitchen utensils were available, although it would have been nice to have a COLANDER to wash the berries (and drain pasta if we had cooked any).
After visiting Chattanooga attractions each day the children enjoyed playing the large wooden Connect Four game (near the large digital TV, which we used very little).
Arising early our second morning I noticed a family of rabbits grazing on grass outside the back door. When I moved the curtain they all froze in place like little statues. But when I opened the back door to step out for a better view they all hopped away "as fast as a bunny!"
This is indeed a very nice place to stay when you visit Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
We had a fantastic stay here on our family trip to Chattanooga! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. Everything seemed like it was brand new and it had plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come back.

Thank you so much, Jared! We would love to have you and your family stay with us again :-)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well appointed. We loved the quirky art! Location was perfect for both our zip lining plans (at Lookout Mountain) and our downtown Chattanooga exploration!

About the host

We're two Chattanooga natives who can't sit still long! Passionate about traveling and seeing the world, discovering bands, golfing, enjoying the lake and anything outdoors - pair any of these activities with good food + craft beer and we're in our happy place. :-)
Why they chose this property
This is a small townhome community at the base of Lookout Mountain. Residents and their guests (that's you!) have access to the community pool (May-September) and the walkway to the amazing Tennessee Riverwalk (there are also rentable bikes with Bike Chattanooga right at the Riverwalk entrance, right near our home). Also walkable to the new Chattanooga Lookouts baseball stadium at Erlanger Park. This neighborhood is close to everything, but tucked away, making it quieter and safer.
