The home is very clean and had easy access to downtown and especially to the fairgrounds. If you were going to the fair, you could easily walk from the house. I especially appreciated that there was a ramp (rather than a step) to the front door for my elderly mother, and the master-bedroom shower was only a slight, low step. Laundry supplies, clean towels and sheets were all ready to go, and the extra blankets in the closets were perfect for the unexpected snow we had. The home is also family-friendly, with a kids room, a few good books and fun things to do. Living room doesn't have a lot of seating, but it was enough for us with chairs from the dining area. The hosts were great with comms and helpful tips in the area, and made check-in super easy.
Great house in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the fairgrounds and downtown Hamilton. Show up with clothes and groceries - the hosts have everything else covered.
We enjoyed our stay so much! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. The location was excellent, cleanliness was great. Thanks to the owners!
Home was very clean and cozy, neighborhood was great. We felt right at home here, the only thing I would change are the mattresses they were very firm. Other than that we absolutely loved it
As other reviewers noted, beds are a bit hard, but tolerable. The water pressure makes it difficult to control faucets, the showers will drill your skin. Those are minor issues. Overall a nice place. For us, it was an ideal location.
