Amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home on 10th Street is Key Colony Beach! Stunning upgrades, open concept living with a split bedroom floor plan! Beautiful covered outdoor space with dining table and chairs, outdoor TV , outdoor shower and pool!
Well-equipped kitchen with large island. Separate laundry room!
The Master Bedroom offers a King bed and large ensuite bathroom with huge walk in shower! The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed and connects to the third bedroom which has two twin beds and opens to the pool area.
This home is on the canal and has a boat lift. The lift is required for your boat, maximum 26 ft V-hull boats ONLY. Covered parking, and large paved driveway for trailer parking and vehicles.

Nice location

Very nice location and everything you need. The pool was heated and we enjoyed Christmas together on local beaches. I would recommend.

Wonderful place!

House was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Property manager was very accommodating, made our stay especially easy and comfortable. Pool and outside area was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Property is centrally located and made our vacation very enjoyable.

Key Colony House

This home is fantastic. It had everything we needed. The outdoor area is beautiful! Lots of marine life to watch for. Very quiet community. We loved our stay.
