Cielo's Del Mar 1 is a luxurious new construction duplex home located within walking distance of Key Colony's best waterfront dining restaurants and beaches. This spacious home comes equipped with 40' of dockage, large outdoor swimming pool, spacious balconies and plenty of games for enjoyment. The home was designed with vacation and relaxation in mind, it is the perfect place for family and friends to enjoy time together. Big families can rent both sides of the home for larger gatherings!

Sit back relax and enjoy the view from Cielo's Del Mar 1! This spacious and luxurious modern duplex home is the perfect place to enjoy your Florida Keys Vacation! Spend time outside by the pool soaking up the sun, playing games with friends and family and grilling up that fresh catch! This is the perfect home for a family or group getaway to The Florida Key's! Centrally located in Key Colony Beach with easy access to both the ocean and gulf makes it the ideal location for the avid angler or day boater.

Guests will have full access to their private side of the duplex home, outdoor balconies and patio with pool, as well as 40' of dockage located directly behind the home.

Key Colony Beach is known for its relaxing, quiet, laid back atmosphere and white sand beaches. The Cabana club, Havana Jacks and the Key Colony Inn Restaurant as well as the Key Colony Marina are all within a short walking distance of Cielo's Del Mar and access/membership to The Cabana Club is INCLUDED with your reservation! There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts for your use as well. Don't miss out on the sunset at Sunset Park!

Getting around Key Colony Beach is easily done by walking or biking. Bring your own bike or golf cart or rent one from the marina and cruise around like a local!

Kayaks and bikes for your use are included with your stay.
40' of dockage is included with your stay.
Key Colony Beach Cabana Club is located 5 minutes away and access/membership is included with your stay.
Trailer parking is available via reservation with The City of Key Colony Beach ( ask your agent for more information ).
The speed limit in all of Key Colony Beach is 25 miles per hour. Do not speed, you will be ticketed.
Helmets are required when riding bikes if under 18.
Pet fee $150.00 Plus taxes and fees. Maximum of two pets. Weight limit 50 pounds.
Pool Heating Fee: $200 plus taxes and fees.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. A local vacation rental agent is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay should you need anything.

Great property for a variety of ages! House was comfortable and well stocked - it’s clear that a lot of thought and care are put into it from outdoor games to beach towels to kitchen essentials (love that things like soap, paper towels and trash bags were provided). Location was great with a quick walk to the Cabana Club and easy access to everything else. The kids are already asking to come back!

Beautiful house

Lovely house beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy movie nights comfortably. Centrally located, lots of nearby restaurants to drive to. Pool was fantastic. Would definitely rent again if and when we go back to the area

Beautiful Key Colony Beach home

Cielo's Del Mar 1 was a beautiful, clean, well-kept home in a great location and a perfect place for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels, and there were beach towels too. The owner and his team were the best to work with, very responsive and helpful. 5 stars for every aspect of this stay.
