Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (27 hole) 3.5 km, sailing school 2 km, minigolf 2.5 km, riding stable 1.2 km, sports centre 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 4.2 km.
2-room apartment 40 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Exit to the loggia. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Very beautiful view of the sea and the port. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Déçu car la loggia était encombrée

Grosse déception car il y avait une loggia qui permettait de regarder la mer car cet appartement avait un atout vue sur la mer et le port mais la loggia ne donne pas du tout envie de s’y installer car elle est encombrée d’une grande armoire Il n’y avait pas de salon de jardin et c’est vraiment regrettable on ne peut pas prendre son petit déjeuner dans cette loggia .

Très bel appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur la mer et le port. Juste un petit problème de chauffe eau rapidement réglé, l’électricien s'est déplacé le dimanche. Séjour très agréable.

Super petit appartement. Malheureusement je n'ai pas réussi à faire marcher le four et la douche n'était pas très propre elle aurait besoin d'un coup de meuf

Merci de votre commentaire. Nos collègues sur place nous confirment que le four fonctionne bien, les instructions pour l'utilisation de celui-ci sont mise à disposition dans le logement. La douche a été minutieusement nettoyé.

Bien mais attention

Vu sur la mer sympa accès rapide plage et commerce clim indispensable . mais : électricité hors norme ( attention jeune enfant dans lit cabine car disjoncteur de la climatisation accessible, machine à laver inutilisable car prise HS , hotte non alimenté! Tableau électrique ancien : plomb ) . L.equipement annoncé est fonctionnel ( par contre pas de nespresso comme sur la description ).la liste de consignes laissée par la propriétaire est une suite d.interdictions non accueillantes .

vue sur la mer

appartement propre et coquer très bien situer face a la mer et a proximités des commerces et restaurant. Seul bémol le verrou de la porte était casser,on du passer la 1 ère nuit a un autre appartement avec une très bonne réactivité de la personne d' Interhome qui nous a "dépanner' le dimanche. Merci pour votre gentillesse.
