Le service nettoyage a oublié de faire la villa. État déplorable lors de notre entrée. Réponse de l'agence. Merci pour les photos nous en ferons part à notre seveane de nettoyage, bonne vacances. Tâches de sauces e, de jus de fruits et de saleté sur les sols de toute la ville. Carreaux des baies vitrées avec de multiples traces de mains grasses. Vaisselle non lavée. Aucune prise en charge par l'agence. Très décevant..
