schöne Alleinlage

Auch wenn die Unterkunft schon etrwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön ist die Lage umgeben von Garriga, die Straße ist kaum befahren, der Blick geht ins Grüne, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und wir haben uns super entspannen können.

Kuschlig aber mit Ecken und Kanten

Die Lage ist sehr schön, ebenso wie die Einrichtung, allerdings funktionieren Lampen nicht, man wird nicht über das Warnsystem des Hauses aufgeklärt, Küchengeräte funktionieren nicht zuverlässig (Spülmaschine) und die duschanlagen müssen dringend überarbeitet und saniert werden! . Ansonsten kann man dort seinen Urlaub mit Anbindung zu öffentlichen und dem Strand (wie auch Stellplatz für zwei Autos) wunderbar genießen.

Haus in der Cala Santanyi

Für diese Jahreszeit ( Frühjahr )ist das Haus leider zu kalt und zu dunkel . Leider gab es keinen persönlichen Kontakt ,.Probleme wurden über what’s App versucht zu beseitigen , was dann leider nicht immer funktionierte . Wir hatten in den 12 Tagen keinen Handtuchwechsel . Das Haus war ansonsten sauber und lag 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt .

Nah am Strand und dennoch sehr ruhig

Ein super gelegenes Ferienhaus ohne Nachbarn und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand. Viel Platz auf 2 Ebenen und technisch gut ausgestattet.

Ungemütliche Unterkunft. Küche im Kellerbereich. Terrasse zum Essen im 1. Geschoss. Es muss alles nach oben getragen werden. Treppe zur Küche sehr gefährlich zu begehen. Armaturen rostig, Bad sehr klein und eng für 6 Personen. Kein mückenschutz an den Fenstern. Wir waren übel zerstochen. Pluspunkt für die Nähe zum Strand 5 Minuten Fußweg, allerdings an einer Straße ohne Gehweg, ziemlich gefährlich

Nous avons passé 3 excellentes semaines. Maison idéale pour la famille (attention pour les petits : escalier intérieur pas facile). Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La maison est très bien placée (4mn à pied de la plage), 5mn en voiture de 2 supermarchés, seule dans la rue (au calme et sans risque d'ennuyer les voisins avec l'enthousiasme des enfants). La literie est top. La déco un peu désuète mais plaisante. Il serait pê pertinent de changer le lave vaisselle et la douche extérieure.

Eine schöne Woche gewesen

Ein sehr gemütliches Objekt. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung aber paar Sachen die man besser machen kann. Zusätzlich nicht volle Sterne weil das Haus bisschen moderne und schöner eingerichtet sein könnte. Trotzdem sehr zufrieden.

Excellent beach location

The property worked well for our family. The stairs might be an issue for some (the ones inside are narrow and spiraling.) Unlike other properties we stayed in, there were few provisions -- we had to buy oil, vinegar, salt, laundry and dish detergent... we're told it's the policy of the agency. The owner and manager were very gracious hosts, and there were nice touches like drinks left for us upon arrival. The location is perfect for the beach -- less than five minutes from wonderful, sandy, shallow Cala Santanyi. There is a garage available to use, and plenty of things nearby for exploring, whether day trips or walks to Mirador Es Pontàs.

Great quiet beach location

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The owner was generous, the house clean and the location was quiet but within very easy access of a wonderful beach. During this holiday we stayed in three different houses, in different areas of the island. This property was the only one to not supply some basic kitchen needs: oil, vinegar, salt, dish and laundry detergent, sugar... otherwise, it was great. NOTE: spiral stairs are narrow. Would be a consideration if traveling with young children.
