Enjoy the best of Southside restaurants and downtown attractions within walking distance from Chattanooga’s first LEED certified home.
Sustainable + Efficient design across the street from park, playground & pavilion. Plentiful + free parking. Perfect for families vacationing, visiting relatives or participating in Ironman/Athletic competitions or work remotely with the fastest residential internet - The Gig!
Entrance to the home is through the front door equipped with door code lock. On street parking is free of charge. For parking, we ask our guests to not park in the driveway nor behind the home as it is a shared driveway. Please park either directly in front & along the chain link fence or across the street.
Behind the house there are train tracks. Trains come though night and day. The trains can sometimes be heard or sometimes they will clank together or squeak. To help with this, we have white noise machines beside all the beds, fans in front & back bedrooms and extra pillows. The sound machines work well and guests report they drown out any noises so you can sleep without interruption. There are two settings on the white noise machines (high and low). I have also provided complimentary single use ear plugs.
