Here you’ll find a private pool, jacuzzi spa, and outdoor fire pit, all surrounded by a beautifully landscaped drought-resistant garden. This intimate vacation getaway is perfect for those looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Each bedroom features its own separate heating and air thermostat control. Connect to the Sonos wireless home sound system and indoor/outdoor wifi via your phone app. You can park your vehicles in the one-car enclosed garage, signature carport, or driveway. There are 2 TV’s - primary bedroom & family room.

Step outside and enter your private paradise. Relax poolside, soak in the spa, or enjoy a conversation around the gas firepit. The outdoor grill and patio dining seating are perfect for sunset dinners while enjoying California’s year-round weather.

** POOL/SPA** Please note that the pool is open all year round, but it is NOT heated. The spa is heated from 5 pm – 9 pm daily to approximately 100 degrees. Quiet hours are from 9 pm – 8 am.

Please also note that we have a strict cancellation policy, and no parties or events are allowed on the premises. The property has three RING cameras: one outside at the front door, one outside the front at the side yard, and one outside the front at the side gate. Sorry no pets are allowed on the premises.

Located in a beautiful, peaceful Thousand Oaks neighborhood, Eichler Orange is just a 4-minute drive to the freeway and a 30-minute drive to Pacific Coast Highway and local beaches. The area offers many delicious restaurants and exciting nightlife at local wineries and bars. There are also plenty of hiking spots in the area, including Wildwood Regional Park, Tarantula Hill and the Los Robles Trail. Adventure parks such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, and Six Flags Magic Mountain are all an easy drive away.

-Eichler Orange is intended only for family use and enjoyment. We do not allow commercial filming or commercial photography at Eichler Orange without prior written approval and additional payment.

-Two EV charging options are available for your convenience. In the courtyard, we have two plugs: one is a 220-volt outlet specifically designed for charging electric vehicles, and the other is a regular household outlet. We recommend bringing your own charging equipment, as different EV models may require specific cables and adapters. Please ensure that you have the appropriate equipment to safely connect your vehicle to the charging outlet.

-The bathrooms provide showers only. No tubs.
