Awesome place overlooking the bay side. Perfect location for downtown shenanigans and the host Chris was pretty cool as well. He answered any and all questions and even recommended a sweet little Italian place to eat. Sophia’s. We will definitely go back.

Comfortable Off Season Stay

Overall this stay was everything it was suppose to be. The location is a major plus. Its directly behind the CVS and near numerous bars and restaurants. Its alittle small if you have more than 3 or 4 people

The place was clean. Close to the boardwalk, lot of restaurants and attractions. The property manager was on premises and took care of our needs. It was a nice and quiet location. I would book it again.

First time booking on VRBO, Great Experience

This was our first visit to Ocean City and booking non-hotel lodging. We enjoyed our stay and the host had great customer service. The highlights were: - The condo is centrally located in downtown Ocean City, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. - The condo has a private canal view and a spacious deck for relaxing. - The condo is a great value for families, with free parking and a perfect size for one or two adults with a child. I would book the host again.

Best Location

This is perfect for a small family!! My boyfriend loves fishing and he could go out the backyard and fish right into the bay, he caught some awesome fish. My daughter and I loved the deck and watching the sunrise/sun sets. You’re right behind a CVS so it was easy to walk over and you’re a 2 min walk from the beach and right on the boardwalk. Chris and his wife were excellent to deal with as well! I would book again next year!

Nice location but in need of some work.

The owner Chris is a very nice guy who called to inform us where the key was upon check in. He was communicative during visit because there was many items we needed as the apartment didnt seem to be fully furnished. His wife came to bring us items needed. Whomever did the work in apartment really should come back to redo it as it was done poorly. This is a small space more like an efficiency so i would say max 2 people or with a small child (definately not 4 adults) . It is very close to boardwalk/beach can walk a few blocks to get there. CVS right in front of property if need anything. The city bus also stops very close if using that which can bring you up and down coastal ave. Make sure to bring your own sheets, shampoo/conditioner/soap. The porch is a nice peaceful view.

Not correctly advertised, disappointed

This is a very small one bedroom, third floor place. Very little communication from the property manager prior to arrival. No trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, or bed sheets. Very tight parking lot. The place is also not finished. Fire alarms are hanging out of the ceiling. Many light fixtures did not have light bulbs in them. Most of the furniture still had price tags hanging off of them. The bed did not have a mattress protector. The landscaping around the place was atrocious. The nice pictures of sitting in patio furniture looking out to the bay was nonexistent for this unit. Would not recommend this place or return to it unless the property manager put some time into making it better and correctly advertised.

The property is amazing and an incredible value at this price point. Everything in the pictures is correct. This unit has the best view and the one in the picture. Everyone loves it. Landscaping is gorgeous and they were driving a huge suburban, that is a problem in any parking lot. In fact, it won 2022 best redo in Ocean City. I will add the plaque to the pictures. Yes its small, but it has enough room for a full size couch, 60 inch tv, and a full kitchen and way bigger than hotels for $350-$400 a night, This person had a great time and as a business' owner herself, I can't believe she would leave such a malicious review. Furthermore, we had a devastating fire the day before there arrival and we totally forgot they were arriving. Her exact words were "A fire the same day as our arrival should not be an excuse".
