Newly remodeled Studio Cottage, perfect for two!

Cozy but spacious newly remodeled studio cottage with all the amenities of home. A great place to relax after spending a day at Sequoia Park. Located near the only grocery store in town with several eateries nearby. Has a full kitchen with everything you will need to make your own meals. Relax in the morning on the front porch with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Only a 12 minute drive to the entrance gate of the beautiful Sequoia Park.

Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

Normally you will see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers during this time of the year. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We offer an all new remodeled cottage in a park like setting. Located within walking distance of the town center, restaurants & grocery store. This studio comes with a fully stocked kitchen, so if you like to do your own cooking you have everything you need. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dirty dishes & put them away
Please take all inside trash to the large can provided for you located outside of your suite.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For unauthorized guests the reservation is cancelled and you will have to leave NO Refunds. Authorized guests over 2 a fee of $75 per guest per night
No dogs/pets allowed on the premises. If pet policy is broken there will be a $350 pet fee plus additional cleaning charges up to $150.00.
Upon departure, all dishes must be washed and put away. Please take all trash to the large trash can located outside.

Literally everything you could want in a stay, thoughtful touches everywhere! The place had easy parking, was spotless, had no sign of bugs indoors, strong AC, hot shower with good water pressure, all essential bath products, well stocked kitchen with coffee, basic seasonings for cooking, the comfiest bed, clear instructions for everything and a detailed binder full of recommendations. We loved having a good grocery store just 1 min away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will forever compare future stays to this one as the gold standard!

My husband and I had limited time at Sequoia National Park. Therefore our stay was only one night but we wished we had more time. The cabin was absolutely perfect and had everything you would need. The linens smelled so good, which for a cabin is almost impossible to achieve. The location was ideal for getting to the park. There is a lake one town over and we saw the most beautiful sunset there. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this wonderful hidden gem.

This location is very close to Sequoia National Park. About 15 miles from the main entrance. It's quiet here. We saw 15 wild turkeys go through the yard. Perfect for a couple looking for a short stay type apartment. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Keep in mind there is no closet for hanging clothes but looking around, we found plenty of shelves and areas to unpack everything. Absolutely Beautiful view from the outside table of the foothills.
