Your private oasis awaits at Bella Bonita. NEWLY RENOVATED, LIKE A BRAND NEW HOME! Enjoy the private back deck splashing around in the pool and spa overlooking the small lake where the birds and ducks love to play.

The large covered lanai is perfect for taking a break from the sun or dining al fresco with a handy pass through window right into the kitchen. The moment you walk in, the large and open living area flows nicely and has plenty of space for living and dining. Gather around the heart of the home, the kitchen! This one is beautifully done with rich, dark cabinetry wearing warm granite countertops with a striking backsplash and stainless steel appliances. All of the bedrooms are spacious equipped with Smart TVs. Access the pool from the master bedroom's sliding doors that lets in a lot of natural light. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with double vanity sink. The guest bath includes a tub and it conveniently open to the pool deck.
Bonita Springs is a city in southwest Florida. It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Little Hickory Island Beach Park and Bonita Beach Park, with its sand dunes. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Everglades Wonder Gardens features orchids, parrots and reptiles.

Finish the house

Lots of improvements needed. Reno not finished. Kitchen has no storage ,& lacks basics like serving dishes. Bathroom have no where to put shampoo, etc.except floor. Living room furniture extremely uncomfortable, no chairs, table lamps. Main complaint --no info regarding basic house instructions in house. Yard is the worst in the neighborhood!

The perfect place!

I just adored this house. It’s close to everything we needed and the home itself is just beautiful, open and airy. It’s at the end of a quiet culdesac, yet the Publix grocery store is literally a minutes drive down the street. So convenient! The fact that every room has a kind sized bed is awesome! We are tall people and it is very important! The pool was great at the end of a long day at the beach. So relaxing. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!

Wonderful home!

Beautiful home. Loved the open layout. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and the pool is perfect. The location of the home is very private and a quiet location. I would highly recommend this home and I will definitely be back.!
