Find generous space and a gorgeous view of Shawnee Peak at this four-bedroom, three-level home in Bridgton, where you'll be perfectly placed for outdoor adventures in summer and winter alike. This home is beautifully situated between Moose Pond, Woods Pond, and Highland Lake. In the snowy winter months, you'll be less than four miles from Shawnee Peak, with both a wood-burning fireplace and a pellet stove to welcome you home in the afternoons.

Enter into an impressive great room on the main floor, which features a two-story wall of windows framing Shawnee Peak, natural log walls, and a fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. Adjoining this room is a dining area, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a fantastic outdoor deck with a gas grill. There's even more space to unwind in the den downstairs (offering a foosball table, a cable TV, a DVD player with a movie library, a PlayStation 2, and a treadmill) and upstairs in the bonus room (with a Ping-Pong table and an exercise bike).

Spacious with a View

Nice layout with plenty of room to move around. We had nine people and never felt cramped. Love the two different rooms for playing/games etc. Kitchen is open to the dining table and living room. There is one bathroom on each level which was very convenient. The view of the mountain was incredible. I would have preferred softer beds and better quality pillows, but really appreciated having enough linens and the washer and dryer.
