The spacious, two-story floorplan features an open layout with plenty of room to spread out.

Outdoor living abounds with balconies spanning both floors on either side of the house - perfect for everything from morning coffee to afternoon cocktails. There's also a gas grill for coastal cookouts.

The island kitchen showcases gleaming counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for family style meal planning, plus a dishwasher for fast and easy cleanup. There's bar seating for four at the kitchen island and the adjacent dining table can accommodate up to eight.

After the day's adventures, unwind on the living room sectional while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. An upstairs living area also comes equipped with a sofa and smart TV for flexible entertainment options.

Each bedroom includes en suite bathroom access. The upstairs primary suite includes a separate soaking tub and step-in shower. Two upstairs guest rooms share en suite bathroom access.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot

We stayed here the week after the 4th and had a great time. We come to Navarre every summer and I think this has been our favorite property yet. Very convenient spot as you are close to the bridge and more restaurants opposed o further down the strip. Only improvements I would suggest would be to add TV’s to the secondary bedrooms, a Keurig in the kitchen, and maybe a slightly better master bedroom mattress - little low to the ground for my liking. All in all, great spot and we will be back!

Very nice

Great house with plenty of room. Convenient to the beach. House is less than 1 year old. Master bath is incredible. Comfortable beds. Only suggestion is to add a blender to otherwise we’ll appointed kitchen.

Fabulous!

This home is as close to perfect as I’ve ever experienced for a vacation. It’s very roomy, clean, beautifully decorated & convenient for bringing a boat. If the owners maintain & keep up this home, we will keep returning. It was a very comfortable and pleasurable experience.

Nice house and Good Location

There are pros and cons to our stay at The Palms. The pros are the house was lovely and spacious. Nice views - although, you can't really see the ocean but there is a nice canal in the back. The ocean is a short 5 +/- minute walk. It was great for our group of 8 adults attending a reunion. I had a difficult time contacting someone who actually knew the layout of the property ahead of time to determine if we needed to provide propane for the grill and to find out what type of coffee filters we needed. And, while there, reaching someone was challenging (got disconnected twice); however, once I DID reach someone, the response for the issues of concern was timely. Everything looked clean; however, when we walked barefoot in the main area, our feet were black. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Spacious minimalist house

The space is comfortable- loved the livingroom sectional and king bed matress and fabulous main bath shower! Kitchen is well appointed without being full of ‘castoff’ crap like most rentals- everything is brand new! Loved having the huge decks on both east and west sides. There is just enough furniture to be comfortable but definitely not cluttered- it is clearly minimalist and to our total happiness- no stupid WALL WORDS and no dressers or desks. Only complaints- housekeeping is NOT vacuuming under furniture- ICK! The elevator was posted as “for owner only” which is rediculous considering it is 19 tall and dangerously varied steps to the main floor and another 19 to the bedroom level with luggage. We had to kill two huge cockroaches- one on the aforementioned sofa and another in the kitchen! The Vacasa people were unresponsive and of no help on checking when we never received the door code (second property to have this problem with them) PAIN getting it verbally sitting in the driveway too!!! Their fees for cleaning and insurance are outrageous and you get nothing from them.
