The apartment houses each consist of 4 identical apartments. The 40 m² apartment is set over 2 floors and has a private, furnished outdoor terrace. The ground floor is the combined living room / bedroom with sofa bed, telephone, satellite TV, dining area and kitchenette (2-plate electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle). Upstairs there is a bedroom with box spring bed (180x210, separate mattresses) and the bathroom with shower and toilet.
