The home is a newly renovated Main house part of a detach duplex (2 home in one lot) 1,600 sqft of living space, spacious for up to 10 guests. Super-Clean, comfortable, fully furnished house located in a nice neighborhood.

- 2 car parking is provide on the Driveway on left side of Cozy home. Since there are 2 homes on the property, the driveway is typically shared with the Front House. Only 2 Car per property is allowed unblocked. Free street parking, please check signs for weekly street sweeping day. Street parking is required from 2am-6am. Overnight Street Parking Permit can be purchase online in advance with printer for $5 or at the Alhambra Police Department.

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay including washer and dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets and bleach are also provided.

Our family, 3 adults and 2 teens, really enjoyed staying at the house in Alhambra. It worked perfectly for us since we have family in the area. The house has 4 nice size bedrooms with very comfortable beds which is always a priority for us. The house was clean and well furnished. We really appreciated the great central A/C since the temperature was in the mid 90s when we visited. Check in and check out could not be easier and the manager is extremely quick to respond if you have any questions. Ty h as MJ you g f if a wonderful stay.

Lovely stay in historic district home

Quiet neighborhood and well laid out floor plan for a cozy and comfortable stay. The home has cute decor and is very well appointed with all we needed for a great visit. Lovely Home

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. The home is spotless, newly updated, and well-represented in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group of 7, and the outdoor space was nice. There is another rental house on the property but things are nicely divided and felt private enough. The host is a great communicator. We'd happily stay here again.

Clean and welcoming

This home was perfect. It felt just like being at home. Everything was clean and stocked. There were not a lot of tedious rules. We didn’t need a lot from the host but she was very responsive. We were out a lot but back at the house in the evenings and it was very easy to unwind and relax. The neighborhood is very cute. It is a short distance to shopping and all your other needs. Thanks again for having us.

Great home in a quiet, quaint neighborhood!!

Super clean home in a quiet nieghborhood. Beds are all new memory foam and super comfy. The home is well stocked with bathroom soaps and shamppos as well as paper towls, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. Plenty of dinnerware as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans. The Romu TV has guest log ins active for almost all the major streaming serivices. The home is newly updated and o ly minutes from Downtown LA, Disneyland and other major attractions.

Rolling Loud Getaway

This year, Rolling Loud was at SoFi so my friends and I reserve this amazing spot a few months in advace… Im glad we did because this place was perfect. Four seperate bedroom (two full beds in 2 and a large queen in the other 2) with accompanying bathrooms. The kitchen and living spaces were amazing and fit our group of 9 perfectly. We had easy access through either the front or side door and were able to chill inside or outside in just a few steps. Rosie is a great host and communicated very quickly. If we have snother event in the area I would definitley try and re-book. 6/5, 11/10, AMAZING STAY ;))
